Review 6：Wifi did not work for 2 days, once repaired it only worked near the reception. They tried charging an extra night, I think it was an honest mistake which was swiftly corrected. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, had to ask for a toilet roll.... Never again.

Review 8：This hotel is old. Very old. Things are quite messy around there and the breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel.
Review 9：It was nice that the hotel was in the centre of the town. The staff was good, it has a bar that is quite nice and full of people.
Review 10：As a family of five adults, we were offered one double room suitable for 2 people, and another double room that WAS NOT suitable for 3 adults. They should have provided us with a larger room for the price that we were paying.
Review 11：The breakfast was ample. Other meals taken were good.
Review 12：My bed was a little creaky. For a 4* hotel the Tv had a very limited selection of channels and the radio was useless. Other hotels now have hundreds of channels including many radio stations.
Review 13：Despite being in the centre it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent but I cannot understand tables being reserved for other guests who may not appear for another hour or so. Good base for touring.
Review 14：The first room we were allocated (120) only had one opening window andwas too warm for us so we had to pay to upgrade.
Review 15：Traditional austrian style, very central for the village and ski-ing andclose to friend's apartment.We were attending a wedding at the Krallerhof hotel but the Hindenburg's prices were excellent value.

Review 18：smoked room reception works only from 7 am till 8 pm (not usual for 4*!!!) SKIROOM VERY VERY SMALL (after 2 pm you have no chance to dry your skiboots) problem with tables on breakfast ! (if you booked only breakfast) long waiting for the dinner, as a result - ordered main dishes was cooled free internet (eiser wi-fi and in the hall) only 30 min a day (this wasn't mentioned in hotel description)
