Reviews for Résidence Malyce
Review 1:The checking process was a little complicated and water flow was a problem, especially in the shower.
Review 2:Service was superb, the view was magnificent, and the lady was very helpful and very friendly. We were surprised that they mailed my daughter's earmuffs back to us (we actually forgot about it)
Review 3:Locating the accommodation is a little tricky so use your GPS. The lodging has changed names and one must now visit a hotel in town first to get the key to the room. While the reservations were made weeks in advance, we were only advised of how to get the key just hours before check-in. I could not check email in the car so did not receive the message before we actually arrived. It was only through the kindness of a neighbor that the owner was called who then drove to the lodging to meet us. Not really huge deal but it did cause a bit of a hassle we weren't expecting ~
Review 4:Beautiful accommodation in a lovely, wooded and secluded location at a high elevation! The studio has outstanding views of the Pyrenees and it is almost possible to touch the stars. The studio has everything one needs and is very well-equipped. The heat was on when we arrived which was so thoughtful as it was a very cold night. The owner is a lovely, considerate man who is very kind and generous with his time. The value far exceeds the price. If you want a place to hide away which is also close to a decent-sized town, baths and the ski areas, this it a perfect accommodation!!
Review 5:Nothing! We had a lovely stay at residence Malyce.
Review 6:The room we stayed in (Coquelicots) was beatifully decorated according to the theme, and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washroom was large. The terrace doors offered a picture-perfect view of the town below and the mountains. We were able to enjoy hikes, local cuisine and activities, while having this cozy, quiet spot to come home to. Perfect!
Review 7:These apartments are huge! They have have been designed beautifully with modern unique features and fantastic kitchen facilities. The owners are wonderfully friendly and welcomed us for our late arrival. The courtyard is beautiful and the sunset over the bridge made our evening. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Plus you are in a private gated plot so security is excellent.
Review 8:We were further from the town centre than we hoped.
Review 9:So peaceful ,well equipped and comfortable. Hostess very friendly and obliging.
Review 10:Wifi was available but had to go outside!
Review 11:Very peaceful
Review 12:We have a lot of trouble locating the address with our GPS where we supposed to check-in (pick the apartment’s keys). After two hours of trying to find the check-in place, we asked a French man who spoke English to help us find the address. He was very nice and called with his cell phone the apartment’s staff. He asked us to follow him with his car. Finally, we found the place to pick up the apartment’s keys. The check-in place was another hotel. We did not understand why when we made our reservation, they should told us to pick up keys (Chek-in) at Hotel Bellevue Thermes de la Reine INSTEAD of an address who nobody knows where is located (6, allée Fernand de Cardailhac, 65200 Bagnères-de-Bigorre.) not even our GPS. Have to go to main house to receive WIFI.
Review 13:The staff was friendly. Great view from the bedroom window of the town (Bagneres de Bigorre) and surrounding mountains. The hotel (apartments) is located a short car drive from town. Our apartment was perfect and kitchen was well equipped.
Review 14:Having to go into town to collect keys, etc. Poor signage on roads for direction and no amenities such as salt/ pepper/ dish washing liquid/chux, given they are self-contained.
Review 15:Private property overlooking town, and rooms have private court yard. Views sensational.
Review 16:Need WiFi.
Review 17:lovely new facility.
