Facing onto Playa de Muro Beach on the west coast of Mallorca, Viva Bahía offers swimming pools, sea views, large grounds and free Wi-Fi. The air conditioned apartments all have balconies.

Review 1：The not nice smell of garbish. That the meal was served only inside and not somewhere outside.

Review 2：The places and things for kids. Beatifull view from the jacuzzi pol on the top of hotel. All service and kitchen staff and the perfect meals what they cooked.

Review 13：Some of the staff was very friendly, others specially Emanuella in animation, Miguel at the restaurant, First night aircondition was not working (it was 31 degrees hot and humid), tv not working(which is not a priority, but it should be working, I promissed my children 30 mins tv before going to bed) Around 11 pm when we were going to move the baby (already sleeping) to the cot, the cot was broken and unsafe for a toddler ( year old) We were moved to a different room, tv was working but the air con was again not working either! All this moving was about midnight (after the show) with a 4 years old and a baby! They put a new cot! There were no bed sheets in the new room, we called reception and yes they came with bed sheets, (but we have to do our own bed) I believe when paying 8 nights in a 4 stars hotel, the least they can do is the bed and hand us the bed sheets at mid night to the guests so they can do the beds themselves! Food was ok or at least acceptable! Cleaning, was a disataster, they dont come everyday to clean or change bedsheets and shower towels. (I think a beach hotel will require room cleaning service everyday specially when close to the beach. It could get very sandy! Beach towels (Only 2 days per week and on top of that you have to go within 1 hour time frame in the morning (I think it was between 10 and 11 am) If you miss this, you better be prepared to keep your dirty and sandy towels for the rest of the week! Swimming pool for kids was great ! Pirate theme was great, there is also a playground at the hotel which was nice. I have to say the hotel have good facilities for kids entertainment, but when it comes to service and cleaning is a disaster! Hotel location also great! In my opinion it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars!

Review 17：The staff was very friendly. they are very flexible: we could stay in the appartment until 7PM and we did not have all inclusive, but we were welcome to join the breakfast and dinner buffets as we wanted (against reasonable price). The pools, the fitness area and the other facilities were great.

Review 18：It is right on the beach, has a baby pool area, and adult pool and in indoor pool. Vanessa (receptionist) was a great help whenever we needed her. The resort seems to be secluded but there is a bus stop right at the corner that goes directly to Palma and Alcudia.
