Review 1：some days in apartments with national park view you can hear a noise from a local factory

Review 2：very good location near to the beach, restaurants and bike rental (you can leave a bike for a night)

Review 3：Excellent pool view room, plenty of activities on throughout day, nice and quiet even with alot of guests. Pool towels exchangeable throughout stay for small deposit. Highly recommend.

Review 4：Far from airport and costs EUR 90 to get there. Hotel should provide airport transfers. Half board meal options were limited for non-pork eaters. Timings for bfast and dinner were restrictive. Water not incl in half board. Beach is a 5 min walk away.

Review 16：Wifi is free but the connection is terrible from the apartments, swimming pool area, restaurants. Often get disconnected and the speed is too poor. I work in IT within the hotel industry so I know that what they have is just not enough to cope with the demand, even at this time of year where the hotel was not even at full capacity. If you want great internet, go to the Dakota Steak House.

Review 19：the very spacey Appartement, the comfortable bathroom with bathtube and separat shower, two TVs, one in living room and one in sleeping room, the balcony to the Albufera.

Review 20：No tea or coffee provided in the room. It wasn't a budget priced place so you'd expect these standard hotel courtesies. The pool was unheated so as we went in late October, although the weather was beautiful, the pool was icy cold. Also, guests just need to be aware that a few things are extra, for example, I had to pay Eu14 more just for a safe key. Breakfast, if not pre-booked is VERY expensive as are the bar drinks in the evening. Take an alarm clock, too if you have an early return flight as my 5am wake-up call as requested failed to happen.

Review 24：Unescorted kids at indoor pool area. Main pool overcrowded by kids. Noise carries - people above us were apparently moving furniture all the time and the dragging of furniture would echo in out ceilings keeping us up at night. No washcloths in the hotel room bathrooms.

Review 45：My credit card was misused after having made the booking which forced me to cancel the card. They asked me € 20 deposit to use the towels and paid € 18 to use the safe when the customers book reports that just a deposit of 20 € for towels and safe. Idea is that the 18 € were wrongfully charged by the employee of reception. Did not provide a receipt for the 18 € charged. Has little variety of TV channels

Review 55：The facilities need some renovation work you can see that they are old. The kitchen is very tiny and the kettles and pans could not be used, they were really old. What we did not like at all is that you could hear everything from the next room, the walls must be made out of paper because one night a lady was talking over the phone and we could hear her very well but we could also hear who she was talking to! Imagine!

Review 56：The pool and children area are very good for toddlers. Older children might not find it very amusing In general we liked our room, the bathroom was huge and the living area was ok.

Review 57：We were initially in a ground floor apartment which was next to a walkway and lacked privacy and peace. We asked to move and were accommodated the next day on the 3rd floor which was much better. The area lacked ample parking, there is no on-site parking facility and it can be difficult to find a parking space on the surrounding roads. Otherwise, we could not fault the hotel.

Review 58：The hotel is very modern, scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, our chambermaid was a happy, delightful lady. The pool area is very attractive and well presented. The location was very good, at the quieter end of Alcudia. It felt safe and a friendly area.

A few years ago the kids daily entertainment I would have hated but it was a blessing and our daughter loved it. Happy child, happy parents!!! Review 71：The look and feel of the hotel was fabulous and made four woman very happy when they arrived for check in for a last minute long weekend. The one bedroom appt was great and the sofa bed was really comfy and spacious. There was a bath and separate shower and also the sink was deprecate so all can get ready at the same time. Fridge, table, balcony - what more can you want! Pools were great, hotel very clean, friendly staff, good food, fab drinks, great location near other restaurants and close to beach. Taxi to alcudia only 10 mins for more lively bars/clubs.

Review 74：Only minor negatives were that the beds, although very comfortable, had mattress protectors fitted that were not full breathable fabric type so they felt a little sweaty when hot but still slept well. Also on bed front, the two single beds that formed the large King size bed, kept sliding apart when you slept as a couple which was a little annoying! No toilet in the main restuarant although one nearby outside. Hotel kids club in day nice but you couldnt leave younger kids really knowing they were properly supervised for a set duration although appreciate this was free hotel kids club.

Review 75：Loved this hotel and will definately be returning in the near future as such a perfect setting for a great family beach holiday. The hotel was set with beautiful well tended gardens, excellent pool area and backdrop of the national park. Well equipped and furnished rooms. Very good quality food and good variety on buffet over the 10days we stayed with theme nights a nice touch. It felt a very safe and friendly environment for our children (1 x 6yr + 1 x 3ry old) within the hotel grounds as the reception is the only way in/out so they could have a little freedom without us needing to keep a constant eye on them. Very good evening entertainment for kids and adults alike. Very close to stunning beach and nice range of local shops / resturants without being over developed or surrounded by high rise hotels. Lovely staff, very helpful and spoke good range of languages to help guests feel welcome.
