Review 1：One of the waiters was surly and arrogant. We arrived at 8.40 pm and this particular waiter made us hurry to order all three courses as the restaurant was closing at 9pm. He made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were in the way and an inconvenience for him. He did not appear to treat other guests in this way.

Review 5：We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always enjoyed the warm welcome. The location is great with ample parking and is close to lovely beaches, interesting places to visit and excellent restuarants. We will return!

Review 8：The hotel had great people working in the front desk. Provided excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a great view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was perfect place to find some relaxation. The food was delicious I especially liked the fresh seafood!

Review 10：The hotel offers all that is appreciated for families with children. The location is good and 15 minutes walk to busy center. Concarneau has developed well the last 10 years and it is recommended to have a car to spread in this wonderful Britanny region.

Review 14：The family room was large and really comfortable, the children were safe and near us but had their own private room upstairs. The pool was clean and warm and the children loved how the cleaners carefully re-arranged their teddies! All fantastic, one of the nicest family rooms we've ever stayed in.

Review 45：Great location on coast. Lovely coastal walk into town (15mins). Large balcony. Fantastic sunset when sitting in lounge after dinner with a glass of wine. Great staff - particularly helpful when we got back to UK and realised our daughter had left behind a special toy tiger. They made sure that she was reunited with said toy by promptly posting it back to Scotland without any charge. Cannot say enough about how friendly the Breton people are in general and in particular at this hotel.
