Review 1：Nothing to dislike

Review 2：BIG rooms with BIG bathrooms, very clean. Night entertainment was fun, the group that did Temptations rendition were fabulous! We had half board, I've never seen so much food for breakfast and dinner! Great beaches and bars to walk to, you need to walk up the hill to work off what you eat! Staff very polite, great place to chill out! I would return!!

Review 5：Within the bathrooms there is a sliding door which separates the toilet and bidet, totally unnecessary because you can just close the bathroom door for privacy. Because the door is there people use it and every time they do it makes a very loud noise like a train passing. This coupled with the poor soundproofing between rooms means that you hear it every time someone goes to the toilet in the night in all the rooms around you. I was woken several times every night and early morning by the noise.

Review 6：The room was a good size with comfortable beds and a sofa. An unexpected bonus was a fridge in the room. Why can't all hotel rooms have them?

Review 7：We love this hotel and have stayed there for the last 3 years. I have to say the last couple of stays, the bed was not comfortable and my back went, but they were very good and put an extra mattess on for me, but this year was fine, so maybe they have new beds. Food is fantastic, staff are also fantastic, cannot fault. Large pool, and good entertainment.

Review 8：The heat of the dining room was too much. It would've been nice to eat outside. Some of the food was very repeatitive. Families with children were put in the corner of the dining room where it was extremely hot and the high chairs looked as though they were never cleaned. Although otherwise clean and well kept the hotel did feel as though it was quite old fashioned and could do with some modernising in places.

Review 9：The pool and location were great. Although the food was quite repetitive there were also some excellent and varied dishes. Nice to eat the local food when on holiday.

Review 15：SonBou resort not that interesting so graded location only good. Evening entertainment was a bit mixed in terms of quality of the acts.

Review 21：Ambience of dining experience is spoiled by chaparelling to seats. Evening entertainment is poor for adults (the kids have had all day to be entertained). The free transport finishes early in the evening (to ensure capacity in the hotel). Drinks are pricey and mixes have very low alcohol content.

Review 29：Upon booking I explicitly asked for a quite room away from the road and the parking lot. A couple of days before our arrival I contacted the hotel by telephone to repeat this request. Upon arrival we were designated a room face to the road (with morning and evening traffic). The opposite site of the hotel is still worse with airco installation running day and night and early morning deliveries. On the other hand our room was perfect for the view on the unspoiled landscape and a side view on the sea and no onlookers on our terrace.

Review 33：We liked our staying in the hotel (we spent our time there mostly for sleeping and having our breakfasts and dinners). And especially we liked our dinners there =). The variety of food (dishes) was very nice. The hotel is 20 minutes walking distance from the sea. The beach is nice .BUT! very often with jellyfishes. But it is not a problem when you rent a car and are able to go wherever you want. The swimming pool area is good. There is a shop at the territory of the hotel where you can buy the most necessary goods when you are lazy to go to the shops in Son Bou. There is a free wi-fi in the hotel which works faster at the lobby. The hotel was very good for the money we paid ( we stayed there in June and had a discount).

Review 63：Picnic (change for meal) is very bad. Hot water, old fruit, no really food El picnic que te dan en lugar de la cena es mediocre. El agua caliente (para llevartelo a la playa en serio!!!) la fruta a medio pasar, un sobre de jamon con un panecillo. Fue una decepcion muy grande.

Review 65：We hadn't realised that the hotel offered full board to its guests. Initially, we were pleased to be told that we had paid for dinner and breakfast. However, it was a bit off putting eating in a large canteen. The hotel is a bit out on a limb and as the last bus is at around 7, so we decided to spend the evening at the hotel. They arranged entertainment which was pretty dreadful. Rows of people drinking, watching a kids act on stage. I couldn't quite work out the system there. It seemed that if you were wearing an armband that you got free alcohol all evening! It didn't come as much of a surprise when we went to bed to hear the woman next door to us shout violently at her young child. It was quite chilling. We got up early the next day and got out of there as quick as we could.
