Review 1：The room was musty, noisy and the shower drain was blocked for our stay. The "free parking" is a joke! The lady who checked us in said the free parking was on the street. Parking in the hotel garage was 13€. The wifi did not operate.
Review 2：We liked the Peruvian young lady who helped us with the downstairs printer. The hotel is convenient to a couple of restaurants.
Review 3：Whilst the bed was very comfortable we found the pillows to be lacking in support.

Review 5：Felt a bit pricey for the standard, albeit Sarlat is a bit of a honey trap so probably reflects that. Need to arrive early if you want to use the pool in August!

Review 19：No restaurant, no restaurant no restaurant (yes I said it 3 times). As a solo traveller on business I was not happy with no restaurant. I needed to work, not go hunting for food. On a nice day, for tourists, great to walk into town where there is a wide choice. Solo travellers on business should avoid this hotel (in my humble opinion). I have never seen a 4* hotel not offer a restaurant. Wifi a little hit and miss and a bit slow, but fine for e-mail. The rooms are tiny tiny tiny. Not enough room between the end of the bed and the desk to fit a chair, so they had placed a stool. Very cramped indeed.

Review 42：It was very hot during our stay & the rooms air conditioning wasn't turned on. It was quite stifling and being on the ground floor we were wary of leaving windows open. No kettle or tea making facilities are provided in this 4* star hotel, breakfast was a bit steep at 12 euros each.
Review 43：The hotel is well situated to stroll to the centre of Sarlat, local restaurants & bars. The pool and garden were lovely to relax in - luckily we had fantastic weather. With the exception of one rather po faced receptionist the staff were friendly & helpful. The area is stunning with lots to see. Definitely need a car as there is so much to see.

The garage was very poorly laid out, making parkingdifficult. The hotel seems to cater to bus tours, so individual guestswere often overlooked. We had to request towels because the maidsdidn't leave them when cleaning the rooms.

Review 48：Yet again booking.com did not give enough information about this hotel!We arrived and were alloted a double room (4 foot 6 inches) in a smallroom! Not great for 90 odd euros per night (we were staying there 6nights) There was no way to specify on the booking.com website that wewanted a twin room, I assumed that all rooms would be standard witheither 2 singles or one 6 foot bed (ie 2 twins put together), but theyweren't!. The hotel is on the rather noisy main through road in Sarlat,with quite alot of traffic noise, even with the double glazing.
Review 49：Sarlat is beautiful, our hotel had a small covered pool and hot tub, thelounge bar was very inviting and the staff concerned for our well-being(very helpful), they moved us from the small room to a much larger twin,but as they were fully booked from the Sunday, we had to move back tothe smaller room afterwards. Air-con was included, with no extra charge.

The staff were friendly and very helpful ( booking our canoe trip for us and recommending restaurants) There is a lovely relaxing atmosphere about this hotel and we fully enjoyed our stay. Carpark quite a long way from hotel- it's just as easyto park in the street. I thought it was expensive for what it was-particularly the breakfast (12 euros)- but then we didn't use the poolor the jacuzzi. I do realise that Sarlat is an expensive place, though.Generally, I'm a bit surprised it's classified as 4-star. More like 3,in my opinion.

Review 62：We booked a standard double room, but received a single room with a small double bed in it. It was a squeeze to get out of the bed as the walls were so close to it. For a four star rated hotel, the bedroom was 2 star minimum. Not good value for the price we paid.
