Review 1：No one in reception on arrival and no one in reception on departure. We had to ring around to gain access. No one cleaned the room ,or changed the towels during the 5 days we were there. Is this it's because it's an apartment,don't know ,but this needs to be communicated to you. No information in English,what to do in an emergency,etc.Only a number on the front door,which we had great difficulty connecting with.

Review 3：For a cyclist with aims on the surrounding cols this offered a convenient starting point with a secure lock-up and a really warm welcome from the owner.
Review 4：There is one major problem the bedrooms are in the second floor the steps to the second floor are steep and narrow so you can't take the suitcases to the bedrooms. As well as the bathroom is in the first floor.
Review 5：Everything is good the location is great and the hotel is easy to find, the staff really nice and helpful the apartment is well equipped and clean.
Review 6：Such a spacious apartment for the price. We had two very comfortable nights with two young kids here. The staircase is quite steep, but my kids are stair savvy so it wasn't an issue for us. It's all set up for cyclists too, with a secure bike locker. Overall it was excellent and we will happily stay here again.

Review 21：Everything good basic accommodation. Room for storage, good basic self catering facilities, good supermarket near by and larger one within walking distance, pastry and bread shop next door. Good off street parking. Great priced accommodation if your out and about. Good restaurants in town.
Review 22：The only thing I would change would be to install a washing machine instead of a dish washer. Would have been handy after a hot long days walking.
Review 23：Due to me and my partner turning up a day early before our booking (my fault), we found that Christine was very kind to us and still managed to squeeze us in even though they were fully booked.The rooms were very spacious, clean and have excellent blacking out blinds which allow you to sleep in a lot longer through the morning. Christine was very good to us and we couldn't have wished for better service. She also provided us maps with information for the local hiking. He spent 3 days here. We walked the Pic Du Midi, Cirque Du Garvarnie and Pont D'espagne. Each walk was spectacular and if you are coming here you HAVE to do them.
