Review 1：It is quite far from everywhere, the installations are a little bit outdate and the mattress is very old and uncomfortable. The front desk ladies were not friendly at all

Review 14：Beautiful apartments. Staff are great, very helpful and polite. Free shuttle bus service to the beach although it's only around a 15 minute walk. Close to a shop (just outside the front of the building). Next to the hotel is a beautiful path which can lead around the whole island (however we opted for a short walk!)

Review 16：This hotel was lovely! We are a couple in our 30's and were looking fora nice relaxing break. This location was ideal. The hotel was clean, the rooms were lovely and it was about 20 min walk to the bars and restaurants (although the hotel puts on a free shuttle bus every hour)

Review 17：Kitchen facilities very poor no oven we had to ask for a kettle so its either a long walk to the village or use there restaurant the choice of food was good but always cold. They have a problem with ants in the kitchens which they trying to deal with unsuccessfully. We were surprised when we went to pay our bill that they wanted an extra 99euros as they said the price had gone up from the price originally quoted

Review 47：We did not like the food in the hotel. Lots of choices but hard to findanything good. If we go back we won't take half board and Iwouldn't recommend it to anyone that enjoys eating and doesn'tmind to move a little, since there are lots of nice places to eat inMenorca for every budget.The ugly part that spoiled our holiday there was the following: The parking lot of the hotel was too small for all the cars and we parked in the street near the hotel as suggested by the staff. No problem with that except that we got a 200 Euro parking ticket (with about 20 other customers) and the hotel did not take any responsibility on this. I insist that we parked there directed by the staff of the hotel. The hotel also got a parking ticket and insisted that it was the first time it happened, but I think they should have made something since it was under the staff advise that we parked there. Incidentally there are plenty of legal places right before the hotel so parking should not be a problem, but it is a one way street so once you were in the hotel these legal places were behind you and they recommended parking in a narrow street were we got the ticket. They recommended to contest the ticket in the townhall but it happened on a Friday and we learnt about the ticket Saturday morning when the townhall was closed and we were leaving on Sunday.

Review 48：The Rooms were nice and clean although the kitchen is rather small. Thepools clean and beautiful and it was quite close to a beach. The staffwas always friendly and willing to help. Very nice for kids.

Review 49：Horrible orange jusie and coffee for breakfast ! we took with us foodfrom the pool bar to eat it in our spacious balcony. The next day thecleaner did not pick up the plates. We called reception and aked kindlyif the cleaner could take them next time she cleand- it started tosmell. The answer " please - it is your PLATES". Extremly rudefrom the female receptionist . Son Bou is a boring location- very littlecharm.No history what so ever.
