Review 1：I had a bit of difficulty connecting to the hotel's wi-fi, but that's a minor point.
Review 2：The personal welcome went above and beyond our expectations. No request was too much! Some hotels that belong to a hotel chain can feel a bit impersonal, but this one feels like a friendly, family-run hotel.
Review 3：Hotel is well placed in Tarbes, with easy access to secure parking. The owners were the perfect hosts, very helpful in recommending good places to eat and providing information on the surrounding area.

Review 18：We stayed with my wife two days. We speak no word in french, however they did everything in their power to make us feel at home. One day my wife commented on the beauty of some flowers she had seen in the park and the next day we found a beautiful arrengement of these flowers in our bedroom. Really happy with our stay there.

Hotel having new front - made it a little difficult to find, but a quick phone call and manager who came out to find me. Good restaurants very near by. A very big thank-you to you both for drying my wet motorcycle gear and making my stay warm and welcome.
