Review 1：Bedrooms smelled of smoke and air con did not work in one room of the three we booked Rooms need refurbishment all a bit tired and dated

Review 6：The hotel is directly across the street from the train station and is also easy walking distance to many of the attractions in the old area of Nevers.

Review 7：The table top of the wash basin was broken. When informed the reception, she quickly gave another room. No proper lift to go to upstairs from the ground floor. The lift is so old and tiny. This is very inconvenient especially when taking luggage.

Review 21：The elevator was available, but it started its service on the second floor (or the first floor on the continent) and our room was on the second floor, so we had to hand-carry our luggage up.

Review 25：No hotel staff after 2200 hrs. You have to carry your luggage to the first floor to get to the lift. Lift is very very small. Max 3 people can fit at a time minus the luggage.

Review 26：Hotel was a minutes walk from the train station. Excellent location. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Kettle was provided. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was nothing fancy but good value for money since you pay only 7 euro per head for an adult n kids 11 and below are not charged.
