Review 1：Rooms too warm at night (>22 C) and apparently no possibility to do anything about it (central heating), besides opening the windows. Room cleaning very late (after 2:30 pm)

Review 2：Everything else! ;-). Rooms spacious, and well equipped, beautiful and calm location, no traffic, big balcony, view, food (dinner and breakfast VERY good), staff pro and friendly.

Review 3：I booked a sea-view room and was given one, when I arrived late after a delayed flight overlooking a golf course. I was woken early by course staff cutting the grass. Only after strong complaint was I given a decent room at 3pm the day after arrival. Not good enough.

Review 5：The room/apartment included washing machine, frigde and small kitchen. The hotel has a minimarket in the same building. It also has a playroom with pingpong table and pool billiards, and offers free access to bicycles. Freandly and helpful staff.

Review 6：Since our last stay the bathtub has been removed and now the bathroom is suitable for wheelchairs. That is great but the tilt of the floor seems not to be ideal so when taking a shower the water goes everywhere. Anyway, no big deal as putting a towel on the floor solves the problem.

Review 7：This was our third stay and the service was as great as always. We even got the same appartment as before. Very clean, full set of kitchen facilities, etc. Staff very responsive. Heated pool perfect for kids. We will be back for sure.

Review 10：The room was cold to us, without any heat available. Additionally, the pay per view stations were not available. Wi-Fi was spotty, free bicycles were in marginal condition.

Review 11：Maintenance bent over backwards to bring in the Pay Per View channels (to no avail). The Sauana was a delightful way to warm up. The views were lovely in a tranquil area of town and it was a treat to have bicycles for getting around. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Review 12：We really enjoyed our stay here. We were on holidays with 2 kids, who also loved this place. Room is clean and comfortable as well as the hotel in general. Hired bicycles for free (they have lots of them - from the smallest for children to adult ones with child seats). 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), jacuzzi (on the roof!!!!), gym, sauna and spa. Good breakfasts. Nice location. Very friendly and professional staff. Also there is a mini market and 2 restaurants in the hotel. We would happily be back there. Definitely recommend!

Review 20：Wifi was a joke. Very unreliable. Regarding room cleaning, we had to point out a couple of areas such as the bathroom countertop to be cleaned properly.. Also the hotel is a bit far from town but close to Playa Del Muerto Beach.

Review 22：Wifi was appalling as reported by previous guests. For a four star hotel this is not acceptable. It did not reach many areas including public areas or if it did it constantly cut out. Sort it out in 2015! A little on the expensive side but we booked late. Parking at 15 euro per day a lot but much free parking if you are prepared to walk 5 minutes or less!

Review 30：Location is fantastic for a family break as it's right beside a great beach and has a swimming pool too. Town is around 25 mins walk along a beautiful seafront promenade. Free bicycle rental is available and there is a little shuttle train every half an hour or so.

Review 31：The friendly and helpful staff, sitting at your restaurant taking in the bueatiful views out to sea it was just so relaxing and your evening temperatures are just what us kiwi s need getting away from are winter!!! Also the pool was a bonus to cool off after walks.

Food did not cater for light lunches or families .main pool restricted sunbathing and pointless shed behind it that blocked sun more .bicycle distribution was chaotic and no choice given resulting in large bikes that were too big for some.

Review 36：I loved everything about this hotel. The air-condition in our room stopped working one evening; however, the staff solved the issue nicely, in a timely manner. We were happy with the way we were looked after.

Review 37：It's a great place to relax!! Staff are nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing view from the balcony. They are renting bikes for free which is a nice touch. Also they provide what they call 'pillow a la carte' - you can choose from a range of pillows the one/ two that suit you and they'll bring it up to yr room (again free of charge).

Review 38：Be careful the hotel photos show the Beach across the street from the hotel…yes there is a beach, but with huge rocks. You must walk down the beach a distance to reach the sand beach and then it is, in fact, a cove not a sea beach. Pool is in need of repair, although water levels maintained and reported daily, the pool is not in 4 Star condition. We tried to eat at the restaurant, but were told the wait time was one hour? A 4 Star hotel would have reserved a few seats for the hotel guests, especially a family of 5! Air Conditioning didn't work when we arrived, so it took my husband an hour waiting for technicians and solving the problem, while the family was waiting at the pool. Again, not a 4 Star venue at all!

Review 45：It was clean and the staff were very helpful. It is the last hotel on the prom but it was nice to be away from the town and a bit quiet and the free bike rental made the trip to the town very easy.

Review 56：The amazing location of this lovely first class hotel is surrounded by the blue Mediterranean Sea. Our generous sized room was tastefully furnished with lots of storage and glossy marble flooring. The view from our very large balcony overlooked the blue sea and the beautiful green golf course. The large paved boardwalk along the beach/sea is designed wonderfully to accommodate pedestrians and cyclists alike. The hotel is clearly professionally managed with high standards. The staff, (thank you Gloria for booking our fabulous day trip to Monserat), were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The delicious buffet breakfast consisted of a endless assortment of fresh fruit, freshly made juices, pastries, eggs, a variety of lean tasty meats & bacon, and more (my favourite start to the day). The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop which goes directly to the commuter friendly train station. The amazing city of Barcelona has endless sights and museums and is only about a 25 minute train ride. Also highly recommend is seeing the town of Tarragona, just one of many historic towns and sights to explore. Absolutely one of our best holidays and best hotels that we have stayed at.

Review 57：The down side is the restaurant of the hotel. The service is slow and not the best quality. However, there is little need for it as there are plenty of good ones in the area.

Review 58：We have been to this hotel at least once per year over the past 8 years. We love the location, at the end of the long boulevard of the nice town of Sitges. 30 minutes away from Barcelona, yet a nice place to walk, skate, relax in front of the beach! On top, it has now a heated swimming pool.

Although the hotel is a little way out of town we loved having the free bikes to ride in to town. The daily mile or so rides into and out of town became a highlight of our stay. We loved it.

Air extractor in bathroom was inefficient. No light over cooking area. No plug in sink for washing up. Freezer section of fridge was clogged up with ice so nothing could be put in until we cleaned it.

Review 64：We booked a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom was divided from the living room by only a cabinet not a wall. The cabinet didnt reach the sealing. This is not a real problem, but useful tip, if travelling with baby who sleeps in cot.

Review 70：- i have never experienced such a horrible service. I'm quite experienced travelled, travelled on both business and leasure in 5 different continents. However - this hotel does stand out and I will remember this 2 night stay experience for a long time. And not in a positive way. Service was horrible, if not even hostile. For example our room was not cleaned by 9pm, when complaining about this, I never got even an apology. I had to beg to get fresh towels. And they call themself 4*. Do yourself and your family a favour and stay away from this hotel.

They worked long hours but were as helpful at the end of the day as in the mornings.We were really impressed with them on our departure day. We were not flying home until late evening but they stored our cases and arranged showers (provided towels and toiletries).... such a bonus We also liked the fact that we could use the fridge in our room for our own water, wine, fruit etc at no extra charge

Review 76：Bikes were difficult to hire. Air-conditioning unit broke during stay. Junior suite was an odd layout with main bedroom also being the main living space. Nowhere to sit inside other than on beds. Lounge area has no air-con and was very stuffy.

Review 77：Location and fourth floor views were outstanding. Mini-market was handy enough but not very well stocked. Staff all exceptionally helpful and polite.

The service in the Vento restaurant is very slow and on each of the three times we visited there they got at least one part of the order wrong. Food is nice when it finally arrives. Food at Al capones restaurant is good and the regular waiter in there is excellent but menu choice is limited. Not a fan of fish so didn't go to Aqua restaurant. More satellite channels for english would be good as would more written information for customers about how things work (eg air con), how to access free bikes (we weren't told so misse dout on them for the first few days)

Review 79：Nice quiet location but with free bikes to enable a trip along the seafront to town centre this wasn't a problem. Land train also available so we never felt like we were missing out on anything. Hotel and resort is spotlessly clean. Staff all very helpful and courteous both in the hotel and throughout the resort. We definitely want to return again!

Review 92：There was a party on the 5th floor which made a huge noise in our room. Could not sleep at all, when asking the reception they cheerily said 'do not worry, it never goes later than 3 or 4am!!' Check for this when getting to the hotel, make sure you do not get a room right under the party location on the 5th floor. We were on the 3rd floor, so the 4th must be terrible, and 2nd would still be really bad. We had to move to be able to sleep. The hotel gave us an upgrade the next day to compensate.
