Reviews for Hotel Restaurant Elissaldia
Review 1:The food isn't great. No lift to upper floors. The information we received said parking was nearby in a public carpark but it turns out there is a small carpark at the hotel.
Review 2:Room 14 has wonderful views
Review 3:The car park was small and tight, not big enough if every room had a car.
Review 4:It was in the heart of the town. Everything was on hand. Also the staff were very amenable.
Review 5:Not a big problem, however, we could only log one device onto wifi at a time. We just had to wait, log off and log on another device on which I wanted to work
Review 6:Location and breakfast
Review 7:Information divulged was extremely poor, we returned from a restaurantacross the road on a cold wet night about 9.30pm to find hotel locked.Only by chance did we find entry via a back door, thought we would haveto find another hotel for night. Breakfast is an absolute rip off.
Review 8:Room was spacious and very clean
Review 9:The brusqueness of the staff. The behind the kitchens, hostel type route through to the room. Room tiny, shabby and uncomfortable. Breakfast bad value. Wouldn't recommend.
Review 10:The French Basque village square setting.
Review 11:WiFi reception is patchy.
Review 12:Ellisaldia Hotel has a superb location right in the middle of the cliff top village of Bidart with parking either behind the hotel or in a nearby car park. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We stayed there the previous year and asked about the possibility of having the same room which allowed us to watch the sunrise. We were delighted to see that they had read this and were able to meet our request. Thank you. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return again next year.
