Review 1：Checked in at midnight. Guy at reception not at all helpful or friendly. Very poor first impression. We felt a bit like "outsiders" not being German.

Review 3：My daughter got stock in the bathroom for 30 minutes and the staff gave me a tool to try to unlock the door. Changing the lock would be the decent thing to do so it doesn't happen again.

Review 9：The staff were always cheerful and helpful. There was an excellant choice of different foods at meal times. Would return again it would be our 4th time to the diamant.

Review 15：During the 10 nights stay rooms were not cleaned, bedding was not changed, in room some kind of bugs were running, clogged drains, sewer stench in the bathroom, air conditioning did not work, poor food and food selection, staff does not speak English. Many young people 18-20 years (Germans), which are constantly drinking alcohol, singing and shouting in balconies during night and vomiting in hotel teritory. We chose this hotel depending on rankings, but we were heavily disappointed.

Review 16：The morning of our check out, we had to catch the transfer at 5am. The breakfast we were about to take was 'gone'. As to say, the hotel guests who had left hte hotel earlier had eaten everything (and perhaps also made their sandwiches for lunch); so we had 1 slice of red meat and a crust of the toast bread; A pity...

Review 17：Nice hotel for a short break. We booked 4 nights half board, the food was excellent; don't expect gastronomic level but a very varied and fresh buffet! Congratulations to the chef and the staff of the restaurant. Also the people of the reception gave us immediately another room when we said the room we had was too noisy.

Review 19：Evrything. Cordiality of staff people, hotel position, really close to beaches and centre of town (port area - very nice and romantic) but at the same time in a quite area. Food: good quality. room: cleaned.

Review 20：The rooms look have older furniture in reality than the one in the pictures posted on booking.com - this minus was downsized by the quality of the food, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The hotel is 3 minutes from the beach ... if you want to sunbathe on the rocks. The sandy beach is actually at a 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. We wanted a double bed but they had only twin rooms.

Review 21：We booked half board and were not disappointed at all: a big buffet with delicious food (I'm a bit picky, I don't eat anything that I see) and plenty to eat at both meals. Very good price - services balance. Close to many attractions on the island: Coves d'Arta, Coves del Drach, Castle of Capdepera, the small but wonderful Cala Gat beach - if you decide to book, rent a car because it's worth it

Review 22：Helpful and friendly staff, nice swimming-pool and perfect value for money. I got good tips about day-trips away from the beach to explore the island, I got help with organising transfer to the airport, fix car rental etc.
