Mas de l'Oulivié

Mas de l'Oulivié descritpion
Surrounded by olive and cypress trees, in the heart of a garden perfumed with lavender and rosemary, this old Provençal house with its terracotta tiled roof has a swimming pool.
All guest rooms of the Mas de l’Oulivié are tastefully decorated with unique atmosphere and offer view of the Alpilles or the charming landscaped garden. They also blend all the modern comfort with beautiful colors: from contrasting between oranges, yellows and reds, the subtle balancing between the grays, blues and greens and with a touch of romanticism in the antique pinks and mauves.
In the olive grove that surrounds the Mas, you will find a beautifully landscaped swimming pool with large rocks, a beach reaching into the water and a spa.
The Mas de l’Oulivié also offers full range of beauty treatments and body care.

Reviews for Mas de l'Oulivié
Review 1:Beautifully furnished. Lovely gardens with attractive pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived they knew who we were and had everything ready for us. Very prompt service. Helpful with places to visit, printed personalized maps and advice on when to go to avoid line ups.
Review 2:Everything - welcome, service, comfort, food, peace and tranquility. An excellent base for visiting the whole area and in easy reach of some very good restaurants. We have visited 3 times and plan to return.
Review 3:Amongst everything good, there were two croticis. 1. The air conditioning was pretty useless 2. The cost of breakfast was high at 18 euros each - the breakfast was excellent, of course but 18 euros each is a bit steep!
Review 4:Very relaxing place. Very relaxing. Great staff. Good location.
Review 5:The pool was too cold. For the price of the hotel pool should be heated. Wish they had an option to stay at the hotel for dinner as it would be nice convenient option for tired travelers. The breakfast was good and lunch menu looked nice, so I'm sure they would do a good job of offering a casual dinner.
Review 6:Beautiful private terrace off family suite covered with olive trees and roses. Staff was accommodating to find babysitter and dinner for children. The front desk had good restaurant suggestions.
Review 7:The only problem was the preponderance of flys in the room. It was a consistent daily battle to control the situation. May I suggest screens on outer doors and windows.
Review 8:Very professional staff who were helpful in many ways.
Review 9:Breakfast was extremely slow.
Review 10:Nicely appointed, decent sized room. Great pool, bar/living room common space with a bar. Ambience and beauty of property.
Review 11:That we couldn't stay longer :(
Review 12:The location and quality of Hotel is unsurpassed. The staff very friendly and accommodating. This hotel in my opinion was a diamond in the rough! Not, only that....their recommendations for food and booking of restaurants in the small town close by were out of this world! I would much prefer stayIng here than a 5 star in Paris. The countryside is so much better!
Review 13:The breakfast must improve. but it was ok....
Review 14:The swimming pool is amazing. Perfect to rest and do nothing. Its close to the city, a perfect spot to rest.
Review 15:Beautiful gardens and surroundings Loved the fact plants are labelled so you know more about local plants Gorgeous pool Quiet and peaceful yet close to Les Beaux
Review 16:No restaurant on site. Wi fi packed up after first half hour.
Review 17:Quiet location
Review 18:Absolutely fantastic, lovely place with a fantastic pool (with secure access), very friendly staff in a great location -- magic!
Review 19:Excellent service, beautiful setting and great facilities.
Review 20:Poor air conditioning in room, very noisy Pool close to road, cars noise all day kids playing around pool all day long
Review 21:Locatio
Review 22:Customers need to know that having a car is essential as there is no supper available and so travel is necessary for eating out in the evenings.
Review 23:We liked especially the garden and grounds and also the swimming pool (although the water was rather cold). It was a relaxing place to spend time at.
Review 24:nothing
Review 25:the atttentive staff, friendly welcome, the cleanliness of the rooms, a very elegant place to stay and enjoy the scenery of les Baux de Provence
Review 26:Wish their restaurant was open in the evenings, internet connection log on was very awkward, and there were almost no plugs in the room to recharge items...
Review 27:Lovely location near Les Baux en Provence, beautiful swimming pool, staff were so helpful...
Review 28:You definitely need a car, otherwise you are in the middle of nowhere. By car, everything seems easy to be reached and Provence is just at your arm`s length! The pool is not heated, so unless you go when it`s very hot...
Review 29:The rooms are nicely decorated and their opening to the greenery makes them charming. Quiet oasis. Les Baux-de-Provence is a jewel.
Review 30:We had a mid priced room and it was small / beds were of an inferior quality and cheap to sleep on as was the rest of the bedding / no shower in the bathroom / TV never worked properly - the signals keep cutiing in and out / wifi never worked in the rooms only the communal lounge. If it wasent for the pool and location we would have moved on to something else.
Review 31:Great location / great pool - the best we have come across and the gardens / local access to the castle & easy reach to the beaches - lots to see and do or to just relax by the pool. Service by staff was great too. Go to the village of Remy for the better restaurents & avoid Avignon.
Review 32:No restaurants close by for dinner.
Review 33:We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and swimming pool at this hotel. The rooms were also quite nice, although we mainly just slept there. It's a bit of a walk if you want to walk up to Les Baux, but doable. We didn't eat the breakfast but it' looked wonderful, my husband just asked for coffee in the morning and was given a nice tray to bring to the room. The staff were all very nice and helpful and spoke good english. This is also a good location to take day trips to Avignon, Saint-Remy, Chataeu Neuf du Pape, etc. Our friends stayed at the Cabro d'Or (supposedly 5 star hotel down the street) and we thought the grounds of our hotel was much nicer.
Review 34:No dinner, and the local restaurants (except for the 2 and 3 stars) are somewhat disappointing.
Review 35:We have stayed at the Mas four times and always find the place relaxing, well run and friendly. The breakfast is lovely and our one lunch was memorable.. Quiet, rural and near Les Baux.
Review 36:Nothing could give more with the continental breakfast I.e ham and extra coffee.
Review 37:The setting is beautiful with olive trees and beautiful gardens. service is of high quality.
Review 38:nothing!
Review 39:friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the comfort; the relaxed feel; the beautiful grounds; breakfasts.........
Review 40:very cold pool water, size of bed, size of room, quality of bed, inadequate a/c
Review 41:the setting, the hospitality, the garden
