Review 1：The room flooring as they were so slippery that my daughter slipped quite a few times. The rooms could do with little more TLC but then maybe it's end of the holiday season for them. There were one girl in childrens club who wasn't very kind to children. I didn't leave my child there alone but somehow didn't like the way she spoke to other children. Rest of the team were amazing to children.

Review 2：The resort had lots of activities for children and everyone was very friendly. The reception staff were very knowledgable about local food and places to visit and always willing to help. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options.

Review 3：Children's play area backs straight onto the pool, with no fencing or life guard anywhere near. Made it a complete nightmare as we had to be with 2 feet of our toddler at all times, which was very stressful for all. On top of they kids club only took 4 year olds or over unless you wanted to stay with them, leaving little or no time for the parents to relax (together). Food was average and the entertainment was geared heavily towards the German visitors and kids. Rooms had little ventilation and we're very humid and it was almost impossible to maintain wifi connection in the room. All in all a disappointing time.

Review 5：apartments out dated needs painting to take the drab look of it, house keeper was very poor and bed was badly made every day top cover wrinkled should have been ironed makes us think someone used it before us and wasn't changed .hot tub went cold on us and reported it no one came to sort it out so very disappointed as we had saved hard for this stay and felt let down no apology from reception when we checked out so wouldn't return to this apartment complex again

Review 6：had a premier apartment worth its money if the weather was on our side .check in was quick and friendly .service was good entertainment was varied and good . food looked good but didn't eat there thought it bit over priced to up grade compared to other viva hotel we stayed in.

Review 7：The rooms are pretty basic, not really worthy of a 4 star, but overall clean and acceptable. The only issue was with the A/C system which didn't always cool the room well. Try to request a room away from the front of the hotel if you want to avoid hearing buses pulling up to the lobby area late at night! Lots of families with small children (so great if you are one of them, not so great if not). The main dining room is large and noisy, there is small inner room that is for adults only (unfortunately it feels like you are eating in a conference room). Best bet is to get a table outside away from the kids and eat later when they are all at the evening kids show.

Review 8：The location was good and great facilities for cyclists (bike rental onsite, storage room etc.). The food was very good and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool areas are also very nice, especially the adult only one. They also have a separate lap pool for serious swimmers. Prices for wine at the restaurant are also pretty reasonable.

Review 9：The hotel is mainly specialized on families with kids, the waiters were friendly to the kids and parents but partly very unfriendly to others. The rooms were not really as clean as one would expect for a 4-star-hotel, and also smelly

Review 10：The food was good. There was an extra room for only adults were it was much more relaxed and quiet. A lot of space for parking available.

Review 11：The rooms are so noisy! We were on the third floor at the rear of hotel, I requested a quiet area which this was. However, you can literally hear everything in the room below, including use of the loo!

Review 12：Great food in the restaurant, huge choice of food even the fussiest 3 year old managed to eat! Great pools and children's park. Super friendly staff. A great base for exploring the island.

Review 13：Nothing,if who ever books the acts could do there home work a few below par acts, mostly good though,the blues brothers elvis was bad have seen some really good ones in majorca.

Review 14：Hotel location was excellent very easy to get to by car from airport,easy parking when you get there,From the reception staff to the resturant staff,entertainment team,housekeeping all were great, we went half board buying three daysat a time which was great for us as we like to go off out a fair bit, food was great very good standard very clean,plenty to do on the hotel grounds our children 6 & 3 loved it hard to get them out, beautiful beach two min very shallow excellent for children full of fish just swimming by warm sea even though oct was hotter than june when we was out last, Def reccomend for familys , but is a mostly german norweigen swedish use it some brits which we love ,will be busy july , aug , sep packed out,one of the best in have stayed at.

Kids can roam around in an enclosed area and enjoy the shaded playground, swimming pools with parents always having them in sight and still be able to relax The activities were plentiful for both kids and adults The location is very close to the beach < 5 mins walk so even though it is not beach front it is not an issue All inclusive is of good quality for a 4* and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Review 19：Room was not as described by Booking.com - said sofa-bed in bedroom but wasn't space for one. Kids had to share a room, luckily didn't have to share a bed (older kids of opposite gender). Dinner buffet didn't have as much choice as expected. Not as good as breakfast. Internet narrowband.

Review 20：Loved the pools, variety of depths and uses. The breakfasts were excellent. Rooms were a good size - but see cons. Kids clubs and entertainment were good. I've never stayed in a hotel so clean, it was lovely, grounds were very nice. Playa de Muro was OK but tatty shops were a disappointment.

Review 25：The kitchenette was really small and the cleaner did not do the dishes so if self catering, prepare to wash your dishes. Air conditioning and the heating were not on in May, so it was rather chilly during the nights.

Review 26：Pool area both for adults and kids was nice, although water was not heated. The room was clean and big enough for two adults and two small kids. Price and quality ratio is very good, we will consider coming again. Alcudia area is very nice for families with kids, peaceful with lovely beach but still easy ride through motorway to Palma.

Review 27：the conference of entertainers who partied for two nights in the next rooms and having to call the guards in the middle of the night. these people should have been kept away from other guests who also complained.

Just a great hotel for families with young children.The all-in is a real all-in with everything included and quality (brand) drinks.The staff really is great.

Review 34：Perfect for families with young children.The kids club is great and the playground and pirate ship pool are close together so easy to watch the children. There is weekly Pony riding, Paint a T Shirt, Cookie Baking, face painting etc Staff all very friendly. The food is excellent with themed nights, i.e Shellfish night and Oriental night and the all inclusive option is very good value for money.Includes one A La Carte restaurant booking which is worth booking. Alcohol even included Cocktails and Cava and lovely childrens non alcoholic Cocktails.
