Review 1：Wifi is not free, you have to pay if you want wifi in your room, but only device can be connected

Review 2：The people who work there are always trying to help you with anything you need! The location is PERFECT! And they have a free parking :D

Review 4：I liked the room: cozy, tidy, comfortable. The bathroom: clean and new. The structure is in a perfect central position and yet very quiet because just around the corner of the Main Street. Next to everything you need: We liked it very much and we appreciated the kindness of the staff, friendly and helpful.

Review 5：Cannot find fault. Went for a 5 day break over Christmas. Unless you want spas, Jacuzzis and treatment rooms, not sure you could get any better. As a 2 star hotel, underated in my opinion.

Review 6：Central location, moments from the heart of Chamonix. Great room with a balcony having mountain views, first class shower and bathroom facilities and a really comfortable bed & pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful.

In the middle of my check-in process she turned to check-in another client which has just arrived to the desk asking questions about the place. Once she finished I had to remind her where we stopped.

Review 21：Our room #423 has a slanting roof beam that go from the floor at a corner of the room to the ceiling at the other end of the room. anyone taller than 1.2m will have to bend their head to walk across the room or they will hit their head. I hit my head three times during the 1 day stay when I was distracted while doing something. The hotel should not have rented out such a room. We were there during the heat wave in Europe I was hot until fairly late at night and the hotel do not even provide a fan. there is no air conditioning.

Review 24：Very friendly, comfortable and really clean. Lovely Helpful staff, with good English (much better than my French). In a great, central location. Happily looked after my suitcase for a week while I went hiking the TMB.

Review 25：Reception hours somewhat 'irregular' during my stay (reception was closed when I arrived and the cleaning lady had to let me), although I appreciate I was visiting in the 'low season' and the hotel didn't have many guests (my particular experience is therefore probably not the norm). Once I'd finally checked-in and got my room key card there were no problems.

Review 26：Good location in the centre of Chamonix (a stone's throw from tourist office and the 'Maison de la Montagne') with a supermarket next door (very handy). Clean and spacious bathroom and my room had a nice view of the lifts up to Plan Plaz.

Review 27：Did not know that after a certain time, nobody is at the front desk and you cannot getin.the phonenumber on the door to call was not working. Another guest was our saving grace. He got us in the building and there was an envelope with our name on it at the desk.

WiFi is indeed charged separately, but given its centrality in Chamonix, nothing to complain about, though I don't see why they don't just add the 1.50 to the bill and call it free,like everyone else. Breakfast was served with much enthusiasm (I was told to sit "there" - why? because it's the best view of the Mont Blanc).

Review 35：We booked very last minute a bunk beds room as it was the single available room in a very busy touristic period. When enetering th eroom, the reality was much better than shown in pictures and expected - the bunk beds were large enough, clen and comfortable. The little balcony with a view to Montblanc was just lovely in the sunny morning. Bathroom large enough for such a small room and comfortable enough even if its decoration is very basic / modest.

Review 36：One downside with this room (420) was that the bottom of the windows were well above eye level, so you had to look up to see the sky. ie there was no view horizontally out of the room.

Review 37：The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and the room, although small, was comfortable. The position was excellent - right in the centre of Chamonix. There is a heated boot room for skis.

Review 52：The location is equistant to everything you need, the owners are really friendly and helpful, the price is very reasonable for Cham, the breakfast is fine (not gourmet) but exactly what you need / expect for 9 euros. Room totally fine, warm and clean with a great view.

Review 63：This is a decent, affordable property at which to stay if you are visiting Mont Blanc and the surrounding area. A free bus and train pass was provided for the duration of our stay; this pass was very useful for getting around not only Chamonix , but the local area as well. Be sure to ask for it when you check in; it will save you money especially if you are leaving the area by public transportation. Do not buy a round-trip ticket or a one-way ticket out of town because this pass will get you to a relatively distant town (e.g., Vallorcines) on your departure route for free. You can then pay for the remaining portion of your outbound journey from there. Other positive elements of our stay: • Receptionist (Josiane) friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions; had a staffer assist with bringing luggage upstairs and personally helped with luggage on departure. • Management changed room from one with bunk beds to one with twin beds, an unsolicited boon. • The room had a mountain view of Mont Blanc. • Has English language BBC One LON and BBC Two ENG; watched the American television program NCIS in French on the M6 television channel.

Review 71：Upon arrival after a 1000km drive we were warmly greeted and directed to a space in the hotel car park then efficiently checked in. The hotel is superbly located about 50 metres from Chamonix main high St. Great location.
