Review 1：We experienced an invasion of small insects in the appartment. The staff could be a little more helpful.

Review 3：Great apartment, well fitted out & very clean with a lovely wellness centre. Nice mountain views but Kaprun was like a ghost town..... Very disappointing as we were there over Christmas & there was no atmosphere at all! Didn't feel like Christmas. I think a Christmas Tree in the apartment & a few other seasonal touches would have helped!

Review 4：one bed was broken and the other was good but the window was broken no reception so if you need anything you should call the owner and he will not be free 24 hr for you other then this everything was great

Review 6：The apartament is quite near to the city centre (app. 5 min walk) and the glacier (5 min by car), cosy and well equipment in any staff, which is needed- TV is in every room, fridge, dishwasher etc. Moreover there is also fireplace, DVD and Playstation with games:) The wellnes (pool, sauna and solarium) is really nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull and pleasant. Also you can order fresh bread every morning. In short way: perfect place, perfect holidays. I will back again for sure.

Review 7：Every thing about this property is wrong. From the day I made thebooking they started sending me mails that they didnt receive anypayment from my side as I already paid , then they cancelled my booking,then I have to call and they reactivated my booking, after fews dayagain cancelled it, it was the worst place I have ever stayed

Review 17：This was our 6th time in Kaprun and these apartments were by far the best we have ever stayed at. The apartment is well located for wandering into the town centre and has a very safe and secure underground car park and ski boot room. The apartment was well furnished and there was nothing that we missed. Very much a home from home! Tip, it also has a DVD player, so take your own films to chill out to in the evening after a fab day on the slopes. Huey from Kaprun rentals even organised fresh bread and pastries delivered to the apartment every morning, which was fantastic. We loved this apartment so much we have already booked for next year.

Review 24：Apartment TopC3 is on the corner of the building and there is a bit of traffic noice in the late and early hours. If you are a light sleeper, go for one of the apartments on the 1 or 2 floor.

Review 25：We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place. To Melanie and Hawe: You really managed to give us value for money and we will for sure return!

Review 26：The bedroom area is very small and the beds were small and uncomfortable - our arms kept hitting the wardrobes while sleeping. The Kaprun rental staff were difficult to reach. I went once to the office (where we checked in) but was told they don`t have an office here!

Review 29：Everything is just perfect !!!! We had a doubt about the photos - are they real? Everything is just the same as in photos, even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.
