Review 4：As we were staying at the hotel for 16 nights I requested a room with a pool view, thinking that the hotel would accommodate. What we got was a dark room at the back where the midges bit.... we were moved to a pool view after 2 nights, however it seems that Thomson holiday travellers get the best choice of rooms even though they are staying for only 1 week. booking.com customers beware!

Review 6：The majority of the shops in Playa de Muro sell very tacky souvenirs, which was disappointing.

Review 7：The apartment was fresh and bright. We had a pool view and it was lovely to sit on the spacious balcony and look out onto the well maintained complex with its palm trees and pretty flowers. Staff were also friendly and very helpful. We were less than 5 minutes away from the beach and all the resort has to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Review 9：Wonderful and comfort appartments. Very good wifi. Beautiful pool area. Nice surprise the bottle of wine and the snacks in the room. The food in the restaurant is very nice and priceless. I recommend it!

Review 16：We had a great stay and will definitely come again. The staff is exceptionally friendly and some are fluent in three languages. We asked for a different room (with view of the lake) which was granted. Our room was cleaned every other day and we could have had fresh towel just as often. The Wi-fi is al little complicated to use but free and absolute stable. Rates for a la Carte Breakfast and Dinner are reasonable and the food, especially the majorcin and spanish specialties are fine (although we ate elsewhere most of the time due to our travel plans). Review 17：the rooms are a little bit noisy. As in southern countries normal you hear the neighbours and the aircondition from the restaurant kitchen downstairs.

Review 18：new and clean big studios with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace, where you can relax and have a sun bath or enjoy the great view about the Lake or the mountains to the other side. To the beach it is just a 5-min-walk. Supermarket and restaurants are just around the corner and downstairs.

Review 19：No in room safe or wifi in accommodation - but this was due to us being upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which did not have those facilities. Kitchen was slightly musty but didnt cook so not really a problem!

Review 20：Staff very efficient and helpful. Everything here was perfect for our stay. Nice quiet location, yet only a short walk to beach and main street. Allowed to leave our passports etc in hotel safe as one not available in our apartment. Would stay here again.

Review 21：Only 2 things. The main one being the mosquitoes, the whole of the family were eaten alive by them (and I never normally get bothered by them). This is not a moan at the hotel. It is more to do with the location with the lake and nearby streams attracting them. Make sure you take repellants with you as they are expensive to buy locally! The 2nd was the location, it appears that a lot of the larger hotels with their all inclusive deals have killed a lot of the smaller restaurants off in the area. The majority of the bars and restaurants were located on the busy main road (which put us off with the noise and having 2 small children). We ended up travelling to Port of Alcudia for a quieter and more beautiful location for our meals. However there was some nice places to eat. Particularly Las Pameras which is situated near the hotel and also The Gurkas Indian restaurant.

Review 22：Lovely views from the restaurant. Great pool that wasn't too busy and the food that we had was of good standard. The hotel even provided us with a free buffet meal that was lovely.

Review 45：really nice hotel, very friendly staff, good food, lovely terrace, lots of utensils in the kitchen (even a citrus juicer), the pool was nice and sun loungers very comfy, wifi working ok, but you have to ask for a password and a username for each device you want to connect to the wifi. we really liked the location as it was not overcrowded and was pretty quiet and relaxing although the main street is not far away, there are plenty of shops around, bicycle hire and bus stop are both near and beach is about 7 minutes walk. i would definitely stay in elisa again.

Hotelrestaurant is very family friendly with excellent quality food. Thestaff are very friendly and helpful. Even organised our airporttransfers ( with child car seat) and helped with our airline onlinecheck in. When booking, we asked for a cot and high chair. These wereprovided without any issue when we checked in 12 weeks later. Highlyrecommended.

Review 51：For the Wi-Fi I guess we had to go and ask for a password but we neverbothered when we decided that we wanted to use the Wi-Fi. It would benice at the start of your stay to have told us about all the littlethings that we had to find out slowly. Also they charged the room on thecard without asking me if I wanted to pay by any other way. As we hadEuros left over we wanted to use them. I asked to refund the card whichthey gladly and all was fine. Unfortunately I incurred a smalldifference in the refund process due to the exchange rate difference inbuying and selling euros.

Review 52：The cleanliness. They cleaned the room and changed linen and towelstwice while we were there although we did not actually expect it. Thefood - room service. Excellent staff and very tasty meals delivered toyour room. This was very convenient with young children that would notstay still in a restaurant environment. As we went in October - halfterm break- it was very quite and relaxing experience.
