Lago Park is located just a short distance from a fine sand beach (500 feet), one of the largest and safest beaches in Majorca because of its calm waters.
Nearby is the village’s shopping and leisure center with its innumerable bars and restaurants, and the Natural Park of Albufera, the migratory birds refuge, is only half a mile from the hotel. A bus stop offering transportation service to the villages (every 15 min.) and to Palma (hourly) is within walking distance.

Review 1：Very helpful staff, great facilities for cyclists - the garage is fully equipped with repair utensils and hydraulic pump, very safe storage for bikes as well. Apartment/studios have all necessary facilities - really great value for money!!

Review 2：Nothing that we didn’t like. Though, there was no microwave oven as promised. Maybe the distance to the area with restaurants and the center of Port d’Alcúdia is too big, though minor problems since the busses go there frequently from the bus stop on the other side of the street.

Review 3：Good location in the small place called Playa de Muro, in the center, actually. We had an apartment one level above ground level, turned to the yard/park. The view was good, being at the balcony, with a drink, watching life outside. The sounds from outside are at all not disturbing, instead they give a sense of life. The hotel is a bit outdated and well used but not worn out. The beach is close, just a short walk. The beach is as good as it is closer to the center of Port d’Alcúdia, where we have been previous time. It's in reality the same beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are close, located where the hotel area ends. The bus to Palma is on the other side of the street.

Review 4：When we just checked in we found a mouse in a bedroom. TIme to time Wi-Fi in lobby was unstable.

The food could be a little better but overall for the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised and you are 5 minutes from the beach. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a pleasant one.

Review 20：I didn't like rooms cleanlines at all. Have to be asked few times to come and change towels , duvet sets not always changing . Room kitchenet poor .No microwave, door was broken, bit old style of the room . Old Tv and very small. Kids zone evenings at 20.30 always same program, could change at leats every 3days to some other ones not same every evening.

Review 29：First day I called the reception that the light in the kitchen didn't work. They said to send a tecnician right away but, till we left, 5 days later, the light was not fixed. Further I think nowadays WIFI should be available not only at the reception but, in all rooms/spaces in the whole complex.

Review 30：At arrival we were upgrated to Lago Park II, the apartment building next to Lago Park I. But, this was fine since it's much more quite. The pool is smaller but was warmer. The rooms are much more modern, fresh and brand new furniture. We could park in front the apartment building for free. It's a short stroll to the beach, restaurant, shops. You are in the middle of all. Every day cleaning and fresh towels.

Review 32：Easy reach of beach bus to Palma 6€ although last bus at 7pm ok with luggage . Bicycle station . Self laundry facilities . No need to buy powder ! Easy to rent mountain bike for 10€ a day . Great for exploring albufera only 5min away . Family type small hotel .

Review 34：It's a great little place. About 1 hour by taxi from the airport and if pre-booked 68€ apartment over looking swimming pool. Shower was amazing! Very basic but very clean. Literally 2 mins from the beach which is stunning. Plenty of restaurants but found night life very limited. It's a lovely little hotel.

Review 38：All the staff receptionists cleaners were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and very clean overlooking pool and good security. The beach close was close by.. We hired bicycles from next doors rental place very cheap. We were close to some excellent cycling areas. Plenty of supermarkets around quite reasonable. Smiths bar very good for meals and drinks. Definitely want to go again.

Review 39：Kitchen equipment unsufficient - the frying pan was sort of unusable (so that we decided to buy a new one in the supermarket), and also the electric kettle could be better. The free WiFi internet connection in the reception was very unreliable - in the evenings did not connect at all when a couple of people were already using it, and when it did connect (usually mornings) it was painfully slow.

Review 44：Bus stop right in front of the hotel, lovely beach about a 5min walk. Extremely helpful and cheerful staff. Great facilities for cyclists - own locked bicyle storage complete with washing station, compressed air and all tools you could possible need and the use of the storage is free of charge, whether you rent through the company associated with the hotel or with another or even bring your own. Cyclists paradise!!

Review 47：The free WiFi they advertize is a joke. It is only available in the vicinity of the reception, often times it does not work and needs to be restarted, and is excruciatingly slow. To get Wifi in the room, one has to pay per day.

Review 49：The Internet is awful. You need to pay for wifi in the room but it is not working. If you need to work on your vacation- you will not manage it. In the common area it is so so but still slow. Cleaning could be better especially at the pool area.

Review 107：I was choosing this hotel by feedback and our family was very happy about staying here, we expected worse than was the reallity. We came 2013 05 08 late night, the reception working all around day, speaking English. We got very good room in Lago Park II with view to the pool. This side is the most calm in the hotel and very suits for families with little children. There were baby bed. Two separate rooms, one - sleeping, other with kitchen with all dishes, glasses, cups, plates, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, even wine opener:) Room cleaning 5 days/per week. This place is not far from sea - about 200 meters. Absolutely recommendations!!! The hotel cares feedback, because the last day we got the questionnaire about the service. There were not working one lamp the first our day, so, as we said it in reception, the same day was changed.
