Review 1：Bathroom was very modern but not entirely practical with a stand alone font-like basin that encouraged splashing on the floor & wall tiles, with insufficient adjacent space for toiletries. Lighting in bathroom not good for application of wife's makeup as standing in a shadow! Wardrobe contained very flimsy hangers that we didn't dare use in case they broke! Bin not emptied after first night & tea/coffee supplies not replenished.

Review 2：Helpful host who spoke good English & was enthusiastic about the property & Compiegne. Secure parking for our 2 motorbikes within the grounds. Easy walking distance to local attractions & restaurants.

Review 6：The room (imperial) was awesome. Modern bath combined with furmiture of the 19 century. Just perfect combination. House situated next to palais imperial. Parking lots free close by. Landlady very nice, breakfast excellent, high value!

Review 7：The bedrooms and public areas were truly magnificent with Napoleon 111 furnishings creating a palatial feel. Delightful walled garden ..a real oasis in close proximity to the chateau. Excellent hospitality and breakfast. Would certainly recommend and will return.

Review 11：Everything. This is a wonderful B&B. we would have loved to stay longer and will definitely go back. We didn't go into Paris from here but as it is only 45 minutes by train and the station is a 15 minute walk away we will use it when we next go to Paris.
