Review 1：This villa needs air conditioning which i rented for our stay, one fan is not adequate. No parasols is poor and BBQ should be at back of villa not by the pool. It didn't look as if villa had been cleaned upon arrival, lots of dustand hair in bathrooms and bedrooms. Decent showers should be invested in.

Review 5：Nothing. But can I suggest putting some information of the area. Medical centre telephone numbers. Maps of local areas and places to visit of local interest in the villa.
Review 6：Really loved the villa and location. Had a problem with hot water on the first night in the bathrooms. Emailed and the problem was sorted out next day.
Review 7：The beds are hard and we did have a problem with a leaky toilet. It was highlighted to the owners who promptly sent someone to fix, unfortunately the fix did not work and the bathroom remained flooded the last days of our holiday. The decor is dated and with no air conditioning i can imagine it being quite uncomfortable in the height of summer.
Review 8：The location and view from the villa is amazing. A short walk down the steps and you are in a fantastic cove with crystal clear water, perfect for snorkeling!

Review 10：Quiet location with great view, the house is big and well equiped. Menorca is great in auomn, once the vast majority of tourists have left. We enjoyed the see, the private swimmingpool and the nature around.

Review 12：Absolutely 'A' class location,what a way to wake up in the morning !!! Cosy but dated villa. Excellent service from staff who visited . Quick to resolve reported faults . Would definitely consider a return visit.
Review 13：Bathrooms are tired and showers are poor. Beds are hard. Centre of Cala en Forcat, which is close by, is a bit tacky and quality restaurants are limited (Cuitadella is a much better prospect for restuarants). Whilst we knew where management were located, for those who dont there is no information provided within the villa. Despite this the negatives are substantially outweigh by the positives.
Review 14：We stayed 2 weeks as a family with 4 kids (young and old) and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. View from the villa is fantastic with a dip in the sea less than 30 seconds away. Location is great and peaceful although the nearby hotel's DJ can be somewhat annoying at times during the day (I suspect high season only). Very quite at night. Scuba diving next door which the boys took advantage of. Villa facilities are good and pool is great. A few extras bits in the kitchen would be good. Management staff from the nearby apartments were great especially Juan who came over and saw our boys eyeing up the table tennis in the next door's villa and within a day had delivered our own table by trailer. He also resolved a few niggles we had very quickly. Cleaning ladies deliver towels 4x, loo rolls and beds were changed twice. Car hire is recommended although bus is just about ok. We did both. Wi-fi was ok and not as slow as expected in light of other reviews. Due to hand over on our last day we were given the use of the owner's other pool, shower, luggage store whilst we waited to leave for home.
Review 15：No iron although has ironing board. No shelves in one bathroom. Bathrooms need updating. No mirrors in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. No English channels on tv. No greeting on arrival by anybody.
Review 16：Location excellent. Very private. Great pool area. Local shops near villa as well as restaurants and souvenier shops.
Review 17：It's was quite cold and humid inside the villa as the weather wasn't that good (below 20 and raining). Bathrooms are not that up to date. Water in the pool was too cold for swimming, probably it's not a problem if the weather is hot. The village where the villa is located is the most turistic place on the island, so I definitely recommend to rent a car to get out of Los Delfines.
Review 18：View from the villa to the sea and Cala en Forcat is magnificent. It's very peaceful and quiet location. You can enjoy sun all day long as there are two separate yards with sunbeds. Kitchen was quite good for cooking, although they good buy new wine glasses (there were only 2 pces). There's direct access to the beach. Not a luxury villa but definitely good value for the money.
