Review 1：Caen is a college town, so the drunken students letting out of the bars at 4:00 am were really annoying and disturbed our sleep.

Review 2：The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. They bent over backwards to accommodate our every request. The hotel is very central to everything in Caen so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The farmer's market on Sunday is a must for food lovers.

Review 3：Nice hotel with a very convenient location to the Chateau Ducal, cathedral, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. The staff was excessively helpful, especially with our rental car as we had trouble finding the parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and served in a cute breakfast room on the top floor.

Review 18：The staff was very friendly and professional; the room was good, everything worked, wi-fi was the fastest I've ever seen in a hotel; location was perfect. We asked where we could find a good place to eat, and we couldn't have gotten to a better place thanks to the receptionist. If we slept in, rooms still got cleaned, and cleaned properly. Even the towels were better than other hotels. A seriously good, proper hotel.

Review 19：Signage for hotel could be better as the garage access is located in a buses and taxis only road, apart from guests of hotel, and entrance is via a narrow service way - could easily miss it. Otherwise all very good.

Review 20：Staff were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. We arranged a space in the garage and that was ready for our arrival. The room (extra large with super king bed) was excellent- bed very comfy. All toiletries supplied and minibar prices were reasonable. Maps were supplied at reception at check in.

Review 21：The toilet itself looked old and stained and the shower head was falling apart and had to be held when in use. The TV had only one English speaking channel. The Breakfast was poor value - no bread on 1 day (they had no more !) and no bacon or sausages on 2 days which only left scrambled egg as a hot option

Review 23：Centrally located for local sightseeing and many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. D-Day beaches and museums are an easy drive from here. Staff was extremely accommodating, safe underground parking in their own garage, and breakfast was excellent with eggs, meats, usual breads and croissants, and unlimited coffee.

Review 24：The bathroom, while spacious and luminous, could have done with more shelf space. We had to climb into the bath to use the shower. Most importantly, there was no fan in the bathroom as far as we could see. The wifi was free and there was a good signal but we had to log in every 4 hours or so which was tedious. But these are minor quibbles about an overall very pleasant experience in a good hotel.

Their determination of finding a English speaking guide for us and to make arrangements for taxis for me and my 88 year old father in law that was in the war will forever be remembered. As an airline employee of 28 years providing customer service I have never experienced the service and kindness of the staff at this bestwestern location. I will recommend the hotel to passengers and friends to book this hotel since its our sister city of Nashville Tennessee.

Review 109：Everything is perfect, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Perfect for both business and leisure. Ideally located in the city centre with parking facilities nearby.

Review 110：The hotel is not worth 4 stars, it is closer to 2-3 at a push. The rooms were very small compared to the pictures in the website. The breakfast was a rip off as the choice was very limited for €15pp. There was only one lift in the whole hotel. The mugs and glasses in the room were not replaced once they had been used and there was an empty chocolate wrapper left in the mini bar.
