Review 1：When we checked in (after having to search for someone to check us in) we were given our room key and told our room was on a floor (the wrong floor) and that was all. We weren't told opening hours for dinner or breakfast or facilities. We asked to have dinner when we arrived. When we went down having put the kids to bed at 9pm the restaurant was already closed so we went hungry for the evening.
