Review 1：Just a thing that they don't provide towels for the use of the SPA or the pool area.

Review 2：Nice friendly hotel with pool and indoor spa also close to the beach. Spa treatments reasonably priced. Had a relaxing stay. Food was good and also benefited from free use of private car park.

Review 7：Safe is extra and not included in room rate, wi-fi is painfully slow and unencrypted. Bathroom stuff (gels, soap, shampoos, etc.) were added only upon explicit request. Stuff in the dinning hall clean tables veeeeery slowly (thus sometimes was hard to find seat).

Review 8：We were given room as requested - sea view was awesome. The room itself was very good and featured nice private balcony. Location was also perfect - sea is just 100 meters away. Food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. Free private parking, excellent reception service.

Review 9：The restaurant service was more pending of preparing tables for next meal than making customers feel like customers. Poor wifi connection. Food quality was poor except for grill. Facilities old fashioned. Felt more like a 3 stars. Soft beds.

Review 11：The hotel looks older than on the pictures. It is well taken care of but could use renovation on the rooms for a 4 star hotel. There should be better pedestrian areas around the hotel although that is not related to the hotel but to the location itself.

Review 12：The pool area was good and the staff very friendly. Very friendly towards dogs. The beach is 200m away, just across the stree and it's amazing. Wifi is free and available all over the hotel but a bit unstable.

Review 15：Food was of average/poor quality. Theme menus at the restaurant were not completely appropriate (i.e absolutely no rice nor noodles during Asian night, instead a variety of potato sides). Food options in the resort (also hotel restaurant is closed for lunch) are quite basic (mostly pizzas and hamburgers) and of average quality. You might feel a bit out of place if you're not German (nor speaking German). Hotel caters mostly for German guests, therefore the selection of food and drinks, TV channels, entertainment, etc is adapted to the German clientelle. Seemingly not enough housekeeping staff as rooms were cleaned quite late (my room was cleaned every day after 3.30 pm, sometimes after 4.15 pm). It is impossible to have a proper siesta (after all it's Spain). You can however ask for a different housekeeping time, but can be difficult to accommodate.

Review 16：If you're looking for an affordable hotel, then Alcudi-mar is a good choice. It is well situated (close to beach and public transport), offers free wi-fi (although rather slow), free gym, indoor pool, sauna&steam bath. Pool is clean and well maintained, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 18：Clean room. Breakfast and dinner buffet were really good (and good value for money). Nice pool and calm pool area. Free and nice spa. Beauty treatments were good value for money. Friendly receptionists. Laundry and tumble drying 1€ each (self-service). Nice with flamenco show one of the evenings. Close to the beach (3 min walk), although you had to cross a quite heavily trafficked street to get there. Easy to take bus to Palma (6 €, about 1.5 h) and center of Alcudia.

Review 30：The wifi internet access works very poor, it is pain. The waitresses are very unprofessional almost rude when people are coming for breakfast and dinner. For six days i did not still get how it works because during breakfast they were preparing tables for lunch, so when i came i was confused which are for breakfast and which already prepared for lunch, and they were very rude in case of changing them.

Review 33：There was no Wi-Fi in our room, we had to go to the hall. Unfortunately, drinks at dinner were at extra cost (even water). Rooms were sometimes not yet cleaned when we came from the beach, and roommaids were coming to clean the room when we were inside.

The restarant staff is really motivated friendly and kind, but the food itself is boring and not up to four start level.I found the matress hard and simple and not up to four-star level either. Windows have to be kept closed during the night on the front side because of the traffic.

Review 45：The standard of cleaning in my room was very poor. I complained a coupleof times (and I never complain!) and it improved slightly for a day or 2but no apology. Towels and soap not replaced,towels not folded, bath andtoilet not cleaned,dirty glass and toilet seat when I checked in. I didnot leave my toothbrush out!. No instructions or explanation re tvchannels (mostly German) and wifi was worse than dial up. Repeatedly hadto log in after 5/10 minutes losing the current page in the process andtoo slow to post a photo on Facebook. No warmth or friendliness frommajority of staff and even though I speak Spanish they constantly spoketo me in German-even my questionnaire was in German. In no way did thisfeel like a 4 star hotel.

Bad service in restaurant, only a waiterwith a tattoo deserves recognition, the rest does not know what's goingon! Dinner time was splitted into 2 parts (18.30-20.00 and 20.10-21.30). We were put into second one which was too late for us andusually after 20.30 the best meals have been already finished :( Onetime cleaning lady left the door open to our hotel room! Once again,too many Germans ...
