Review 1：Wifi rubbish , room small , comfy bed though and breakfast good. Also we booked for the restaurant but it is no advertised the restaurant is closed on on a Sunday!!!! And we YES we arrived on a Sunday! Very upset and disappointed ? not good but found somewhere near and a nice pizza too

Review 8：The hotel is very clean and excellent in staff and facilities, the location is also very good within walking distance from the city centre and and the shrine of st bernadette. Except for the wi-fi service which is very poor in reception and the tv channels is only french, not even an english translation is not available. I hope they will give a choice to people who can't understand french.

Review 18：The management were very helpful. We left a bag in the hotel and theyvery kindly sent it on to the hotel we had booked in Aigues Mortes. Theroom and bathroom were large and comfortable.

Review 21：The management of the hotel was not up to Best Western usual standard . When we arrived they had not even located our rooms, in fact they did not give us rooms that we had requested, they gave us rooms which were smaller and less expensive.

Review 23：The room for single person is very tiny . When we arrived the manager was not prepared , he gave us rooms that were less value to what we had booked . He charged our credit card upon arrival which was quite unusual as we had never been asked to do that before. Also we had to ask for tea /coffee facility, and this was only given to one room( we booked two rooms ). Wifi was not even mentioned had we not asked. We were very disappointed with the management but the position made up for these faults.

Review 25：The lady was so rude to me when I arrived with my dog.. The hotel hadbeen advertised as pet friendly but it was not. I had a small shitzuadorable dog with me and the lady reacted so rude and so bad with me itruined my stay. They charged me 30 euro for a tiny dog who is normallycharged 5 euro a nice elsewhere.. I had journeyed a very long distanceto get to Nevers for a pilgrimage and this reception that I receivedfrom the owner I would nver return or recommend this hotel to anyone.She was a disgrace to the lovely town of Nevers and the Best Westernhotel chain. She used extortion as at that late stage I would ve beencharged for the room and have had to look for another hotel after aneight hour drive. Never again. My little dog has more manners that her.
Review 26：I was booking a room it this hotel, at 11 pm on booking.com. When Iarrived there the hotel ws closed. The phone number, it has mentioned onthe answer mail, was not answering. I had to find an other hotel. I didnot read it's opening policy, that's true, but I never found any hotelso far, what is closed for night. Next morning someone from the hotelcalled me. She could not speak even a word in english, and she becamerough and released the call, when I asked to give me someone who can.This is not a service, and I would not like to pay for this !!!!!!!
