Review 1：Marmalade were not very good and coffee either but good enough for the price we paid. Dinner ends at 9:00. A bit early for me.

Review 5：The bed was far too hard and I woke up with a sore back every morning and a headache. I eventually used 1 of the lounge mattresses on top of the mattress in the bedroom so that it was a little softer.

Review 7：What you should consider if you want to spend a great time there: 1) Mosquitos - please take different protections for indoor and outdoor (they are not only in the hotel, but in other places as well) 2) Car - if you active and not plan only for a chilling, then ideally to have a car or bicycle. 3) Distance to promenade - if you like to walk to seaside promenade at the evening and visit restaurants & coctail bars without car, then be ready to return back without light in the darkness. The distance to the closest promenade is 1 km. Two options: 1) seaside sand or 2) road without sidewalk. Both options without a light. Promenade itself is not huge, but great.

Review 9：It is camping. Bungalos were very small, old and dirty. Houses need to be repaired and renewed. Everything was in qiute bad condition. There was unpleasant smell of sewage in the house all the time. The bed consisted of two separated beds standing together. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, bed linen was very old too. It was unpleasant to be inside. Too many mosquitoes, ants, flies inside. We had to use insect repellent 24 hours all days. We travelled by car all over Mallorca all days long. Mallorca is so wonderful, we will come back next year, but to other accomodation definitely. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Review 10：Perfect location of the hotel, one of the best beaches in Mallorca, nice park, available parking place for the car. The Staff was friendly. Breakfasts and evening meals were quite tasty, a good choice of dishes. Mallorca is a perfect choice for wonderful holiday!

Review 11：This property has its good times a long time ago. It is not worth the price. You can find much better hotels in Mallorca for this money! The bungalows are VERY small, the bathroom is micro size and you have neighbours few meters from each other. Very poor facilities.

Review 15：The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was left dirty, as was the furniture. The beds were messy even after they had supposedly been made up. I found lots of dirt under the sheet. Clearly the maid had just pulled the covers over. The veranda was never swept. We were charged double compared to another couple staying at the same time and still the Hotel refused to give us an extra 30 minutes after the checkout time of 12:00. We had checked-in at 2am so they could have been a little more accommodating.

Review 24：Family pool was great. Children particularly enjoyed the days when the 'water park' was out. Decor is basic in the bungalows but they are clean and comfortable and having the front terrace was a real bonus. Entertainment in the evenings was high standard and better than some of the 5 * hotels we've stayed in. The resort is spacious and never felt overcrowded. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was very good.

Review 25：Our phone was not working, asked twice to fix as we were expecting a call but heard nothing back. A kitchen knife would be good to have.

Review 26：One of the best locations on Playa de Muro - close to bus stop, beach, sand dunes and supermarkets yet quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for kids to run. Large, very clean swimming pools, never too crowded. Large selection of dishes at meals. Free bottle of olive oil as a present.

Review 27：We were a couple with teenage son no 3rd bed was provided so l slept on couch don't know why l didn't ask for 3rd bed? No "Animation team" for the teens especially as there are tennis,baseball facilities and a large grassed football pitch my son was an unofficial "Animator"? as he started organising matches etc.

The beach is beautiful and only a short walk away. The pool is beautiful and never overly busy - there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. The restaurant served freshly cooked food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bungalow was small but plenty big enough for two. A cleaner visited daily and we were provided with clean towels as and when necessary. The grounds were immaculately kept. We had a small problem with the air conditioning one day but once reported the maintenance team sorted this very quickly.

Review 38：We had two nights of disturbed sleep. One night we were woken distressed as the aircon had failed. On another evening we were up until 1.45 as the electrics had failed in our apartment. A chopping board and a strainer in the kitchen would have made cooking easier..

Review 46：I had mosquitoes in my room when I arrived (on the ceiling, hard to get at!) - I had to ask twice for someone to come and remove them. I had a problem with my aircon (it was set to the wrong program), and I also had to ask twice before the technician came. The bed was far too hard for me.

Review 47：All the staff were very friendly, the location was excellent and the breakfast, snacks and drinks were of good quality. Most of all I loved the location - just a short walk from Can Picafort; a short bus ride from Alcudia but best of all very well placed just a few minutes walk from a lovely stretch of beach with a bar, a couple of restaurants and sunbeds/umbrellas. I also had a reflexology foot massage with Ivo, which was one of the best massages I've ever had!

Review 48：The smell in the room is really unpleasant. The bungalows themselves need some renovation. The cleaning is ok, they did not give the table a wipe. There are a lot of mosquitos in the evening, so you need to buy some spray or cream to get rid of them. Despite of a special dryer outside our towels and swimming suites were wet in the morning.

Review 49：Good variety of food for breakfast. If you are leaving early, you have the possibility to have cold breakfast. The territory of the hotel is quite big and green. The swimming pool is also big and nice.

Review 50：I hadn't realised when booking that no drinks at dinner are included in the half board price - not even water. Drinks prices are perfectly reasonable, but it would have been better if it was clear when booking that drinks are an extra expense. It was also not clear that there was a charge for booking the tennis courts. In the event this was poorly organised (we were booked in for a time when another couple was using the court) and payment seemed not to be required.

Review 52：We should have realized have realized how focused on families this hotel is, but it was no real bother to us. We had a problem with our AC the first day, but they fixed it and at night it was still cool with a breeze, so it wasnt bad. Really not much bad to say.

Loved the lap pool and a great relaxing pool. For us as an older couple it was a good base location. It is really focused on families though, so keep that in mind

Review 55：If you are looking for a family-oriented environment - this is the right place! Pools - for children and for swimming. The facilities in the bungalow were sufficient - not the newest but useful. Everything for a self-made dinner was there - from plates to stove. Internet was with relatively good quality. The food from the restaurant was incredible. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is perfect - Playa de Muro beach is no more than 100m away. The beach was not crowded and the water was extremely clean.

Review 66：My boyfriend was taking part in the Mallorca 312 bike ride so we initially choose this hotel based on it's location (5km down the road to the start/finish line) and it turned out to be a great choice as our 8 night stay was brilliant! The welcome at reception upon our arrival was friendly and easy, there was a wide choice of quality buffet food at breakfast and dinner time, ample car parking directly outside the hotel, fantastic onsite facilities, attentive and friendly staff in general, great location to the beach/local towns, free WiFi everywhere which worked well... all in all we loved everything. It was our first visit and definitely won't be our last.

Review 67：The rooms are extremely basic (beds, and a small TV), my biggest grip is outside of the staffs control. The hotel largest clientele are young European athletes that come to train. They ride bikes through the lobby, hog the only heated pool (lap pool), and use the buffet as a feeding troff (everyday I had one use their hands to grab food and eat on the spot, the plates are filled to overflowing and items are quickly gone (be on time at the doors opening). Really it is only a matter of time before a food borne illness hits the entire hotel.

Review 69：Wi-fi connection wasn't great, but fairly consistent with what wefound elsewhere in Spain. Breakfast coffee comes from a push buttonmachine, so not great quality, but ok. If you don't rent a car,hotel is a 80 euro cab fare from airport. We took the public bus one-way, which was not difficult and only about 6 euro but took 2 hours (45min by car).

Review 70：This hotel consists of individual one room bungalows spread out over alovely property. The half board option is well worth it with a verylarge selection of high quality foods. It is separated from the beach bythe nature preserve. A short walk down the path through the preservebrings you to a less crowded area of the beach. It is located in aquieter area and attracts many families with young children.

Review 71：It is not possible to personally adjust the air conditioning in the accommodation - you have to ask at reception, who then send out a maintenance worker. The coffee at breakfast was provided by a machine, and was terrible. Possibly as a result of the hotel location ( adjacent to an area of marshland ) there were quite a lot of mosquitos, particularly in the evenings.

Review 72：All staff were friendly and polite but also very efficient. The site was extremely well maintained and clean. There was an excellent choice of food, both at breakfast and at evening meal. There are good facilities ( including a training pool for swimmers ) and pleasant, spacious grounds. The whole site has a very relaxed ambience. There are bus stops immediately outside the complex for travel along the coast or across the island.

Review 78：- poor quality of wifi connection - many of outside tables of the dining area were pre-booked - strong cleaning or anti insect products in the houses.Great as there are no insects but probably not very healthy and may cause allergic reaction such as (in my case) sneezing, running nose and eyes.

Review 87：Very close to the beach. The resort is situated in a quiet area of Can Picafort next to a large nature reserve. The open plan of the resort provides a very calm and spacious feeling. We liked the buffet that was very complete, tasteful and abundant. I liked that there was a pool designated to swimming lanes ~ So no playing children.

I found my accommodation to be very clean, and maintained in that way by the staff, I also appreciated the welcome fruit and wine in my bungalow. The location of the resort by being close to the sea and having a convenient public bus service to other locations (although C'an Picafort is within very easy walking distance) seemed to me to make Blue Bay Resort an ideal place to spend a holiday not hemmed in by crowds but with the potential for easy travel to more crowded places. The resort seemed to be very child friendly, I would go again.

Review 98：We booked the day before we travelled and were worried as we dislike the high rise hotel resorts. We were very pleased, and liked the detached bungalows in a private resort, the resort had plenty of green areas and we could not see any hotels; although the busier towns were close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and our bungalow was cleaned daily. The closeness to a lovely beach was a plus. There was a supermarket less than a five minute walk. The kitchen was stocked well enough when we were half board and the food was good with plenty of choice. Drinks were reasonably priced. Other guests were respectful, there was no unwanted noise, no one keeping sunbeds when they were not at the pool; we never failed to get sunbeds, pool was welcoming. I had no complaints about the resort.

Review 103：Me and my wife spent 11 nights in Blue Bay resort. The stay was wonderful, real good value hotel, highly recommended to everyone. If you have little kids under 8-10, then it is particularly good place to go.From our observation, most of the guests in this hotel travel with kids and babies. Majority are German speaking visitors, quite a few Russians and Spaniards.Here are the main pros of the hotel: * relatively big territory of the resort, with lots of green grass and vegetation around * separate bungalows with spacious terrace in front, which give you a nice feeling of privacy and comfort * two swimming pools - a big one, which predominantly is meant for kids, and a smaller one (containing six tracks), which is aimed for serious swimming * good diverse food for extra pay (nb: we were on half board: breakfast + dinner) * polite/super friendly staff * proximity to the natural park with dunes and pine trees, where you can have a nice walk * closeness to the beach (5-8 mins walking distance), which is far less crowded compared to other beaches in Alcudia or Can Picafort. Very nice clear waters with moderate waves and purely sand bottom * cleanliness of the rooms

Review 104：The AC is on one mode only = icecold. Very Tiny bathroom. Rock hard beds, we have been on resorts where we complaint about the beds, but that was nothing compared to this. The breakfast is not good. Neighter the Dinner (skip that). Also short time for breakfast/ Dinner. Only 2 hours. There is a bar/ snackbar opening at 10, Here we ate lunch several days, but even though we where almost alone an ordered almost cold food, it could take up to 40 minutes. Sometimes they forgot to bring the food..... The gym: if you like to work your pecs, this is a gym for you. Otherwise don't bother. If you want to take a Walk to the "town" you have to eighter go on the beach in the sand or on a road with heavy traffic (no sidewalks or lights).

Review 105：Very calm around the pool. No problem to get sunbeds on what so ever. Nice to have a small villa with a patio. Staff very friendly and helpful (most of the time). Show every night until about 10:30 so nothing that disturbed. The bar made good drinks in the evening. All in all a good place for the money.

There is a special training pool (for those who swim for fitness) along with a lovely further large pool with dedicated childrens area). There are lots of seating outside and inside the bar and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast was hectic BUT there was always everything available and varied. Resort situated on main road with bus stops directly outside so easy to get about. We thoroughly enjoyed our chilling week sitting on our lovely sunny verandah at our Bungalow 151. Wish we were there now. :-)

Review 113：This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The bungalows are really comfortable with veranda where you can sit and relax. Very clean. Very pleasant welcome drink and a small bottle of champagne was brought to our room after our arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. A lot of things to do - nice swimming pool, special pool for swimmers, tennis courts... The beach is just 5 mins walk and is absolutely wonderful, just a bit (sometimes a lot) windy. The bus stop right in front of the hotel (called Valentine Blue Resort or Camping Muro).

Review 114：The beds were a bit to hard for us. Depending on which bungalow you have you may be disturb by the noise of the evening's animation. (We were far enough to not hear them to much.)

Review 115：The hotel is close to the beach which is part of a natural reserve, it is outside the city but we can easily go to the city by feet. There is food for everyone at breakfast. The first dinner was offer by the hotel (we only booked bed & breakfast), it was a big buffet, the quality was ok but nothing exceptional. For Lunch there is a snack bar, we try once chicken and some pasta, it was very good. There is a separated swimming pool to swim and with some sunbeds so more quiet than to the main pool with kids.

Review 116：the bathroom was not very clean. the rooms are old, and the bed is not very comfortable. you need to cross the road and walk a while to get to the beach (5-6 mins walking). the breakfast was good, but no variety from one day to another.

Review 117：Having a small place just for ourselves was very nice. The terrace was very peaceful. The swimming pool is quite big and not so crowded. The hotel is very close to Muro beach, which is a blue flag beach. If you want sun beds and umbrella at the beach, it costs 11eur including a small locker on the umbrella.
