Review 1：The room left a lot to be desired. Carpet was disgusting, chipped bath & basin. Badly in need of refurbishing. For the price we paid, we certainly expected a lot more

Review 2：The location was perfect for the rail network. Very efficient check in staff

Review 3：A bit loud because it's next to the train station. No air condition. Small rooms and some bathrooms are really small. No extras (hairdryer...). Couldn't close the door of the shower although it was renovated. Very basic breakfast - not worth 10€. Breakfast for kids cost 10€, too.

Review 5：On arrival we were concerned about the location of the hotel. We considered secure car parking was therefore essential. Eventually this was provided. If the hotel cannot gaurentee this in the future we would not stay there again.

Review 7：The room is so tight that it is not possible for a person of normal size to sit at the desk, and sitting on the toilet is very cramped.

Review 9：Very active and noisy bus stop below the hotel windows. Arrived in the evening and didn't realize this until a very rude awakening early in the morning.

Review 10：Beds were comfortable, and there was a lift to bring luggage up to our 2nd floor room. Easy walk from the train station. Close to the river and restaurants.

Review 11：Room small, decor dated, bathroom smelt damp and staff could not speak English to deal with us. The room we booked on booking.com was a roomy double with toiletries, bathrobe, hairdryer and slippers. The room we got had none of these and was in the loft. We immediately asked for another room, the receptionist told us she did not understand English, but there was no other rooms and the larger was for 3 people. This clearly was not the case for either.
