Review 1：Honestly, how the designer ever thought that the tub was safe to step in and out of is beyond me. It must have been 30 inches tall with nothing to adequately grab hold of. There was a glass panel next to it above the counter which would not be a safe choice to put your hand on to stabilize yourself. Definitely needed a grab bar or handle. I am 5'-7" and my husband had to be outside of the tub to help me out without falling. Tub looked attractive but needs safety help. I mentioned it to the woman upon checkout and she just shrugged her shoulders.
Review 2：We had the balcony overlooking the Plaza which was fabulous. The room was nice with good storage. The bed was comfortable even though advertised as a King size. I don't think the woman who showed us to our room actually understood that the bed was narrower than an American king size. The bathroom was remodeled so it looked nice but read my comment about the tub.
Review 3：Cleaning: our 2 year old's comforter had an old blood stain (and a hair). Disgusting. They also charged us 15€ for an extra be when we had requested a crib. Internet didn't work, they kept giving us the wrong password. It seemed like no one knew it. Hotel personnel: not available at the front desk when they should be given their timetable. Overall I think it's quite expensive for the services/location.

Review 10：Well located in the centre of Bidart village. Convenient parking adjacent to the hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious room with pleasant sitting area. Decor is particularly attractive. Our room was immediately above the lively bar but the excellent sound-proofing meant that we had undisturbed nights.
