Review 4：We liked everything! Our room was exactly as showed in the Pictures. We had very large choice at breakfast, with lots of fresh products (the only manco no indication for allergenics and the need (a bit annoying for 2 weeks) to ask every morning soja/lactose free products, which were anyway available). We loved the pool areas! Great Location on the main street in fron of the bus stops, very easy to go both directions of Alcudia and Can Picafort. Seaside 100 meters away. Staff at the reception very nice and helpful.

Review 14：The hotel is situated on a busy main road which causes difficulty in loading and unloading luggage. Also, the hotel advertises "on site" parking but there are only 9 spaces and these were permanently full. Our hire car was damaged whilst parked in the road alongside the hotel. We were slightly disappointed by the high proportion of British style bars and restaurants and the associated tattooed clientele.

Review 19：A smart and swish hotel within a few minutes walk from the beach, and only 20 minutes walk from the s'Albufera Nature Reserve, which was key in my choice of location. There was an adults only pool, as well as a family pool. The room was generously-proportioned, clean, and the air conditioning was effective. The bed was comfortable. I thought it was exceptional value for money, though I'm mindful I was travelling in the shoulder season.

Review 21：By far the best hotel we've stayed at, with both excellent staff and food. We stayed 10 days and the menu never repeated, every night there was a chef to prepare your fish or meat there in front of you if required. The restaurant staff were so attentive that our waitress (Annemarie) even helped my disabled wife get comfortable at the table arranging her feet on the table stand as I pushed in her chair, and bringing her drinks in a short glass with a straw as we asked once. The idea of having 2 pools one for adults only was brilliant with the other pool being suitable for all ages.

Review 23：From the momement we arrived, the staff were more than helpful by carrying our bags from the coach, showing us to our room and making sure we were happy with the room location etc. During our stay it was my partners and his mums birthday and because of this they upgraded our room to one of the suites which was a lovely gesture. On the morning of their birthdays they decorated the rooms with balloons and banners throwing in a free bottle of Champagne!!! The rooms were cleaned everyday and you couldnt fault how clean the whole hotel was overall. There were three large pools, which were also all clean (The one at the back with the beack bar was our favourite) you then have a choice of an indoor pool with a sauna, steam room and power showers!! Food wise, the resteraunt was lovely and the pool bar food was delicious - the cocktails were also amazing!! The location of the hotel is in a quieter area but still has a lot of nice bars around, we would recommend - Miama bar (turn left when you come out of the hotel then the first right and its to the bottom of the beach its above León Rojo- Tappas was perfect. Another little restaurants was Floridita when you get to León Rojo turn left and walk on the beach for about 5 minutes and you will see it lit up. The food/staff and cocktails here are also amazing - You cant beat the view here too. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which will take you directly to the alcuida harbour (1 Euro 55 for a 10 minute journey) If you are heading into Alcudia we would recommend Aqua bar for cocktails, bistro mar for lunch and Club de mar for food in the evening. I could go on forever about all the great places. I would definetly recommend this hotel!!!!!! Thanks for helping make the holiday amazing, we will definelty be visiting again in the future.

Review 26：The location is just most awful I have seen in Mallorca - right in front of a busy road and cheap touristic attractions. The beach is overcrowded. People arriving in playa de Muro seem to prefer sleeping with a book at the pool surrounded by concrete but why coming to Mallorca at all?

The hotel is very big so you have crowds on breakfast. Spa only has 2 therapists which is not enough during peak season

Review 32：Originally they assigned us room with fabric sofa but there was quite odd smell like old house with fungus. They later changed room upon request, but not so friendly. (even did not offer any help to move luggages).

Review 34：Air-conditioning was awful, it smelled badly and made us sick. We had to switch it off to avoid getting cough and headache. Many other guests seemed to have the cough as well. Too family friendly, we are a young couple, but were placed amoung families with small kids. The "gym" should be deleted as facility: it is a room ( with no airconditioning), one running machine and some few 2-5 kiloes' weights. We bought passes at a local gym in Puerto de Alcudia. My general impression is that Spanish tourists got a better service. The location described is misleading, the hotel is located by the main road and not by the beach. There is no sea view, we were placed at arrival at the front side of the hotel, there is a view of the road, the sea is impossible to see.

Review 36：The beds are very hard, they make your hips hurt. I stayed there for 14 days and I woke up several times every night because of this. They really should be replaced.

Review 37：We were charged 15 EUR to use the safe in the room. The room we booked was supposed to be "pool view", but it was not. When I raised the question to the staff at reception, I was explained that the same type of rooms were fully booked and I may change it if any room is available later but the other rooms are smaller than the one we got. So I agreed staying in the room given. In the end I was happy with the room for more privacy; however, my impression could have been much better if it was explained when we checked in.

Review 38：The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner were high-quality and satisfying, much more than expected, with great variation. The location was convenient, close to the beach and pick-up spots for boat and bus trips. It was not over-crowded anywhere in the hotel although the hotel was fully booked. The food of the pool bar and cocktail of the lounge bar were excellent.

Review 39：Awfull smell came to room from air conditioning (mold?). We didn't use it, only opened balcony door to get fresh air to room. Wi-fi asks username & password again and again, more than 10 times a day. Pool towels change only once a week :(

Review 42：A very luxurious stay with all the added extras. We were upgraded to a suite and had a beautiful room and balcony. The bathroom was perfect complete with bath robes. Breakfast was a feast! Separate pool for adults was excellent. Just 2 mins from the lovely beach which was perfect to see the sun rise!

Review 51：The hotel looks very nice! Rooms are spacious and have large balcony. Make sure to try their restaurant from the back pool! Rooms with sea view (to the main street) are very nice and not noise at all as many reviewers said before.

Review 52：- Too much noise in the early mornings due to the movement of the trolleys from the maids in the corridors. -Wifi was working everywhere, but a bit slow. -Internal pool's water temperature was a bit to low for an indoor pool. The temperature was almost the same for the external pools.

Review 60：The only downside was that - like many hotels in Spain, it seems - the "double" bed is two singles pushed together. Perhaps this is due to the country's Catholic history - any attempt to snuggle up together in the middle of the bed is met with a reminder that Satan's fiery pits await your sin. Or at the very least the floorspace opened up by the gap between the beds as they part company and one of you falls down the gap! That aside, the beds themselves are exceptionally comfortable.

Review 61：The most pleasant surprise was the food. Awesome! We'd already booked the breakfast (€10 each) and we also decided to take the offer of dinner, which is normally €18 or €15 if you book it for 3 nights or more. I don't know what the cut-off age is, but our 4 year old ate free at both. The breakfast buffet was WAY above our expectation - Freixenet cava for breakfast, anyone?! The coffee was good, the hot chocolate made with milk, and the orange juice was proper fresh "bitty" juice, not the homeopathically weak premix some breakfast buffets serve. There were omelettes and pancakes freshly prepared right in front of us as well as enough variety to appeal to pretty much anyone from any part of the world. Meats, cheese, pate, fruit, bacon and eggs, breads and spreads.. oh, and did I mention the free unlimited cava?! Dinner was similarly good - no free drinks with it, but there was variety every night, with steak, salmon, king prawns, fresh fish etc, much of it grilled freshly right there.

Review 62："Spa" is just a small indoor pool. No jacuzzi. Water is tepid, not warm.

One day it would be spot on, healthy with lots of options and the second day we get a stomachache cause everything is cooked with so much fat and oil. 2. Very frustrating and surprizing that food was not marked "vegeterian" or "non-vegetarian", so being vegeterian we had to find and ask someone to give us info each day! 3. Charging for water at the dinner didn't look or feel good... 4. Also, the cafe at the pool is a disaster - chef cooks so bad, we could not even eat our meals! Hope they employ a new chef soon!

Beautiful pool areas and good location if you want to go to the beach! Guests are predominantly families with small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
