Review 1：After two previous visits we were disappointed in the quality of the evening meal. Every evening meal had a theme, TexMex, Asian, International etc. If your tasted did not run to this type of meal you were out of luck. Also the food was not that hot. For an expensive hotel I expected better. On the other hand the breakfasts could not be faulted, every possible option available. I also feel that one should be able to buy a cup of coffee or a drink before 4pm in the reception area. There is a cafe by the pool but on rainy days this is not really acceptable. Apart from these caveats, however, this is a top class hotel.

Review 2：The bed are too soft and sometimes provoke back pain. Probably as a remedy there is a massage point in the garden ;)

Review 4：Rude staff, including waitstaff, specifically in the Luna Restaurant and also in the spa. Standard rooms are small. Wifi is poor and intermittent. Having to place a 15 euro deposit for beach towels is ridiculous. Not really a 4 star hotel.

It was impossible to set a comfort water T, it changed eachself each sec from the hot to cold:-))) Almost all the sunbeds on the territory of the hotel were occupied before breakfast, the people just layed their towels and after the breakfast you had just several left:-(

Review 7：The hotel was very nice, clean, with a big green territory, good pool, great beach and polite staff. The food was so delicious, each evening the dinner was different: italian, tax-max, asian, mallorca style, spanish and etc. For breakfast the food was also very good, the choice was great, but practicaly the same every day, but for us it wasn't a problem! The beverages were free for breakfast, but paid for dinner. Each evening started from 21.30 there were live concerts rather good and interesting! On the beach 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella cost 10.65 euro, but you could just lay on the sand for free, there was enough place for it! The water in the sea was clearly blue. Outside the hotel you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, groceries, and a bus stop to Alcudia, just 100 m away:-)

Review 8：Although the hotel is directly at the beach, you must rent the umbrellaand shezlong for 10 eur per day. Although spa was free (for once), youhad to pay 3 eur for the head caps (for medical reasons).Reception were unprofessional and unfriendly. Electronic safe costs 2 EUR/day, and receptionist would not accept to add it to room rate; you must pay it in cash because "there is an insurance on the safe" - I do not know what he meant. Dinner must be at one of 2 options (6:30 pm or 8:00 pm); at the same table, everyday .. way too much micro management. "Gents must wear long trousers during dinner time", I'm sorry but when I go somewhere for a holiday at the beach i do NOT necessarily pack a pair of pants ! Elevator did not go up to the 5th floor where we stayed until I asked receptionist and he had to talk to a "mechanic". It was always late and slow in coming up throughout our stay. You are not allowed to order tea at the dinner table - even if you pay for it. You must go to the bar, find a seat and order there. Stage was directly below our windows; so although we were on the 5th floor, you could hear the animation and the children screaming during the shows. There are NO DOUBLE BEDS - Just two single beds close together!

Review 9：Hotel is directly at the beach.Food was of a great variety and quantity on the buffet menu, that changes every day. Quality of the food was also ok. Spa is really nice, and you get one free entry per person per stay.

Review 10：The room was awkward for even 2 persons to move around in. The bathroom was challenging although the shower cubicle was adequate. The two beds were annoyingly mobile with castors in the centre of each bed and the mattresses were almost as mobile. Only one bedside cabinet - most annoying!

Review 22：The rooms facing the road are too loud, it's a very busy main road with a lot of traffic, ambulances etc. The rooms are not very nice, also and the beds move constantly, what surely makes them easy to clean, but very uncomfortable to sleep in.These rooms should be sold for a lot less, due to the road they are overpriced.

Review 24：Unconfirmed cons: No double beds and a bed at night depart from eachother and from the wall. No hot milk for Breakfast. No wi-fi in theroom. Towels for the beach, really old. In spa zone is very poor andoutdated equipment. The Deposit must be paid. Sun beds on the beachin front of the hotel are expensive, but costs the same as acrossthe coast.

Loved the location in Playa de Muroand proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotelterritory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room;work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious andvaried. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea,without noisy parties is for this hotel. Going to read «-» on the site,in the end:- housekeeping - towels are changed constantly, shampoos and gels are reported; - the room is wonderful, room square is normal, the furniture is old, the bathroom is normal; - it is not far from the centre of Playa de Muro - about 15-20 minutes at a slow pace; - the Elevator is slow, if it does not impede on the floors; - the Germans are really numerous, but they do not interfere; - sound isolation is has no claims; - the staff is very friendly, if a question arises - decide everything very quickly.

Review 32：The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowded. Wifi is free in the lobby but it's almost impossible to connect to it, but i would recommend to purchase wifi in the room for 15 euro for one week (however the speed is not good, but better then in the lobby). The beach is next to the hotel. What should be noted - the sea is always windy here, always waves but not very strong. It's cool to jump with the waves but difficult to perform swim races. Due to this point I would not recommend to stay at all Alcudia region (Alcudia, Muro, Pollenco and so on) in September - due to the wind it becomes coolly than at other Mallorca regions.

Review 34：Very comfortable hotel, a few steps from the wonderful sandy beach. Delicious and varied dinner. We liked that there was several different pools, separate deep pool for adults, pools for small and older children. We liked that the hotel was located on a sufficiently large territory. Very nice children's playroom and a super staff. I recommend this hotel to all visitors who do not need the latest trend and ultra modern lifestyle.

Review 36：We enjoy everything from our stay. The staff really friendly, breakfast buffet good and varied, great for families and small children, a step from the beach, loved the spa. Among its services the hotel has a hairdresser and I got my hair cut and had some highlights done.. I loved it! The price is fair and the lady works very well. If we return to Mallorca we definitely return to this hotel.

Review 38：Great staff. Great location. Hotel is great for both families and a girls trip. There is a seperate family pool and kids entertainment room. The spa is great and the massage and facial were excellent. Hotel is not far from the Old Town and the port. A bit far from airport but had a rental car and it's worth getting a rental car if the weather is not that nice. Hotel is on beach. Waiters at the lounge were great and price for cocktails were excellent. Overall great hotel.

Review 39：The hotel was almost in the beach. Everyone in the staff was very kind(5* treatment). The buffet had a lot of variety and quality (although wethink sometimes it was a little low on spices). The shows were good.

The beach is within walkingdistance and there were no shortages of souvenier shops around. TheStaff also made great suggestions on how to get around, money savingtips and always greeted us with a smile. There is a supermercado in thehotel where you can get anything that you might off left at home, toinclude hygine items. There is children daycare available and it seemedthat the kids were entretained all day.
