Review 2：Excellent location, easy access to regular free ski bus (50 meters), 5 minutes on foot to nearest cable-car. Ski hire on site, and rooms are flexible so it's a great option for a short break. Rooms are larger than expected at this price, and for a group of skiers looking for a good value base for a few days it would be hard to beat.

Amazing location (20m from free ski bus), restaurant quality food at breakfast and for evening meals (book half board - you won't regret it - 3-course meals, traditional Savoie fare), friendly and efficient staff, clean, warm, comfortable rooms (ours had a valley view) and a ski storage room complete with boot drying rack. Incredible value, right in the centre of Chatel - and next to a ski hire store that gave us 20% discount as hotel guests. We won't consider staying anywhere else when we return.

Review 5：Wow what fantastic food! If you are here to ski this is a perfect place to stay. Room is small but perfectly adequate and cleaned daily. Thoroughly recommend half board given the delicious and excellent value of the meals. Staff are very friendly and free parking next door. Ski shop out front to get skis. We had a FANTASTIC time. Thank you!!

Beautiful restaurant and superb food although no choice on the table d'hote menu if on half board. Great access to either Super Chatel telecabine - up the hill about 5 mins walk or 30 seconds to bus station right next door where the free bus takes you to the Linga or Pre la Joux starting points to join the Portes du Soleil.
