During winter you have free access to the Tauernbad Mallnitz indoor pool. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the information centre of the Hohe Tauern National Park, as well as the centre of Mallnitz with restaurants and a supermarket.
During summer, hiking is possible on the Alpe-Adria Trail, which passes the property.

Review 1：The Location of the house as such is not the very best one, no balcony for top floors. But for few night it is very good.
Review 2：Mallnitz is a great place. The waking passes there are so great! We were on the last floor so we were quite comfortable but the house is wooden and there might be some isolation issues. Cards are a big plus even though we were not able to use them in full at the end of Oct. Very nice small separate room for kids.
Review 3：Great atmosphere, nice surrounding, balcony with great view, Karintian Card included - free access for tens of attractions (mountain lifts, pools, museums, ect).
Review 4：- ambigous address, use GPS coordinates to find the hotel. - too complicated access system. Common hotel door is supposed to be locked all the time, you have to use one key for that. We had to move all together all the time in order to lock/unlock the doors with the single key. - all night long noisy trains nearby. - hardly accessible common terrace. - cigarette smell in common areas. - big tramplin in the yard not available for guests. Our children were very disappointed. - room was not soundproof enough.

Review 6：The owners are very friendly. The National park Karnten card is a a great extra! There are so many things to do and to see. (our stay for three nights was too short) Suggestion: walk to Arthur-von-Schmid-Haus am Dösnersee in Dösental.

Review 13：It was our second time at this place. Very nice and polite hostess, clean appartments. Everything was perfect. The ski-bus stop is near the house.

Review 17：The shower sometimes turned hot or cold by itself, most probably because of water usage elsewhere in the house. The single childrens bed in apt no. 9 was old and we suggest it should be renewed.
Review 18：Spacious appartment, clean and lots of spare towels. Quiet location. Ample parking spaces. You can leave your ski equipment in the house to let it warm and dry.
Review 19：Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Can not beat it for value for money! The location was perfect. Would highly recommend it!
Review 20：The house is not close to the center, about 1km walk. Not a problem, just good to know. Supermarket is on another part of the town. Good to have a car to get there.

Review 22：Everything was perfect! Nice hostess, warm and cozy atmosphere, spacious room, little kitchen inside the room with all facilities, including dishwashing machine, cooker, microwave oven, fridge etc. Books for reading (on German only), TV and Wi-Fi points with speedy internet surfing. A lot of ski resorts near that place and mountain footpaths for walking around. The town is small, but there is all infrastructure is in here, such as supermarket, bank office or little pubs. But of course it's better to go there by car to be able to easily travel around these wonderful places. And you should remember that it's not a hotel, it's like rented apartments so you need to have your cosmetics staff with you and you will need to cook for yourself :)
Review 23：Owners of the house were really friendly and polite. Appartment was comfort and clean. Village is very nice. 20-25 minutes driving to Molltaler.
