Review 1：Problems with Internet. In the room 407 there was often no connection at all, or it was too weak and I had to go down to the reception area to be able to use Internet

Review 5：Breakfast wasn't great - limited choice and availability, had to ask at reception to get cutlery as tables weren't reset, fruit salad available on 1st morning but not on 2nd. Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor at some times; this also came into the room - could do with designated no-smoking floors.

Review 7：The location of the hotel was very good as it was very close to la defence. It had a private car park with fences so at night we felt safe to leave our car. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Good price for value and satisfied breakfast.

Review 8：Nice staff except from the dragon in the restaurant we got the feeling she didn't like us as she was anything but helpful she set a table for others but we had to ask for everything and even speaking to her in French made no difference. The other staff were fine but she ruined the stay.

Review 10：Bit of a walk to the nearest RER. Terrible breakfast. We came down both mornings at 9:10 (supposed to be breakfast until 9:30) to find no tables laid, no plates, no cuttlery and almost no food. 1st morning I found where the table clothes, cuttlery etc were and laid a table myself. Managed to scrape 3 breakfasts from the bits that were left in the "buffet"

Review 57：The welcome in the restaurant was non-existent, there was a coach party staying who had left each morning before we arrived for breakfast, but no attempt was made to replenish the breakfast bar, the one person who was there carried on laying up for the next meal, and we had to ask for each item. A complete lack of training for the task, meant that the beginning of each day was not at all what was required to start the day well.

Review 58：The location was good for our purposes, being grand parents with a 12 yr old granddaughter, the walk through the park to the RER station was good. Hôtel room was satisfactory, comfortable for two adults and a child. Annoyingly, there were no hooks to hang towels/clothes etc which would have made it better, but we found the beds comfortable

Review 66：Location : Its true the hotel is way far from the action city of Paris but with the train or what they call it metro it will take less than 15 minutes from the hotel to Arch of Trumph (bus+metro) and u pay €2 for the bus and €1.7 for the metro. So the hotel price is more than great in June coz u will not find a hotel with this price in Paris with that season. The staff : They are so friendly and nice. Room : Clean and cofortable. Safety box : No safety box in the room. Aircondition : No aircondition but there is a portable cooller and i think you do not need one so it fine for me to open the window. General : As long as you are travelling to Paris so mostly the room is to sleep in and put ur things not to stay in it the whole day. Taxi : From the airport it will charge u between €35 to € 40 thats what i paid but i paid €65 from the hotel to airport don't know way. Bus : Front hte hotel take number 159 and in 7minutes will reach the Le defence station which is like a mall and outside the station there is the Grande Arch u need to see it. From Le defence to Charle Digol etiol €1.7 in less than 10 minutes.

Review 77：Very down at heel! Decor was very depressing! Mud coloured floor andweird shade of red bed cover are not pleasant. Our 'double' bed was twosingles pushed together. Bedclothes were thin. Horrible plastic undersheet with an ordinary sheet which wasn't big enough to tuck insatisfactorily so one actually ended up on the plastic which felt coldand vile!!!!! Breakfast finished so early we didn't get any either day!We weren't actually told what time breakfast was!!! No drink makingfacilities in room which I know is the same in most French hotels, butit would be a good thing to introduce it!

Review 78：The staff were friendly. It was opposite the theatre where we were goingto see Twelfth Night. They had security gates and these were openedpromptly when we got back after midnight. Bathroom was ok with plenty ofhot water.

Review 88：This hotel is in the middle of nowhere - i.e. Nanterre. The nearest metro/rer is a healthy 20min walk. Restaurants are not to be found within 20mins walk, and the three that I did find were not very good at all. The hotel restaurant is an option but I avoided it. The rooms are old, the beds not particuarly comfortable, and the bathroom could be better maintained.

Review 89：The hotel room was very hot and had no air conditioning. I had to sleep with the window open but was disturbed all night by constant traffic noise and loud passers by. the quality of the room was poor. Although clean, it had plastic curtains, linoleum floor and a rubber lining around the mattress making it doubly hot and uncomfortable. lastly, the room was small with only enough room for the bed, not much space around it.

Review 90：The hotel is close to a pleasant park and around 1KM from an RER station. On the edge of La Defense, it offers cheaper accommodation than other hotels in the area but is still expensive.

These problems did seem to be a collection ofunfortunate events, and not necessarily something one would expect toencounter normally at this or any hotel.
