Review 1：Spotlessly clean, great location between beach and resort and really helpful manager. Just don't be surprised if you turn up and your name and room number are on a board with the key in the door...

Review 3：The location was great but we had a car so was easier for us to travel around. Lots of places to eat and various beaches to visit. Recommendations from the lady at the reception to eat in Ciutadella and Mercadal were very very helpful.

Review 13：Really quiet and peaceful. Most of the week we had the pool to ourselves. mainly couples or couples with young babies. There are two blocks on different sides of the road. We were in block with all the one bed apartments so was good for us as peaceful and no screaming kids. spacious apartment, friendly staff. We loved our ground floor room with a terrace right next to the pool. usually stay in bigger apartment complexes but was so nice to be able to pop in and out of room when by pool. Really near to main bars and restaurants which were all good. We hired a car and there was plenty of parking on the road as it was a quiet street. Would stay here again. ask for apartment 9 as it at the end of the block so most private as you don't have people walking past at all.
Review 14：Simple improvements would make it significantly better. Gas hot plate starter not working. Had to buy matches and use them. No chopping board, and missing/ not working various other simple kitchen utensils. No fan or aircon, due to ground floor directly outside pool shutters had to stay shut so not much ventilation. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. We had a great holiday but these things would have helped improve our stay.

Review 24：The apartments are quite basic but good value for money. The lady on reception is very helpful and the complex is very quiet, The pool area is clean and surrounding areas are well kept. It is 10 minutes walk to the resort centre and a couple of minutes to the beach.
Review 25：The beach calan blanes is very dirty, the beach cala en brute is very nice and close to an appartment but quite frequently full of big amounts of jelly fish so you can't swim, you need a car to drive to other beaches

Review 28：Lovely apartments - clean and well organised. Street was beautiful and tree lined. Very well positioned close (walking) to great food shop (delicious fresh bread and croissants every morning); beautiful beach - very near; coves (snorkel with shoals of fish); coastal walks- amazing views; bicycle hire at the apartments - great fun and value for money! In the other direction is a line of souvenir shops and restaurants - the children loved them! Some appear tacky but Spanish food is good despite the English menus! Tapas, paella, calamari, octopus all available! The Pirate's Cove restaurant over looking the sea is a real jewel! Pool always quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff amazingly helpful in every way (providing fans, medical information, somewhere for bags and use of bathroom on last day etc). We cooked in, too- the small hob, pans, crockery - adequate. Water park within walking distance - great for up to 12 year olds. Ciutadella within longer walking distance but bus service outside apartments punctual and economical. All in all - had a great holiday!! Muchas Gracias!!
Review 29：Much too noisy with road traffic nearby, and far too many dogs barking at all hours including in the middle of the night. There was no toaster, no cutting board in the kitchen and only one measly dish towel. One of the two gas rings did not work. The lights in the bathroom were giving out heat and you could not stay in front of the mirror for five minutes without sweating! The beach was cute but small and 3/4 of it was taken by expensive rented beach chairs and umbrellas so there was little space left.
Review 30：The location near the beach, the staff and owner are nice. The apt is large enough. The bbq and terrace are pleasant and convenient. The bathroom was good and water pressure excellent.

Review 32：All ok except for the WIFI.did not work. Would have loved a betteroffer not 88 euros a night. Location - main road so easy to find,space is huge bigger than most flats in uk. 2 separate bedrooms and 1lounge with kitchen that has absolutely everything one needs. Spaciousterrace too !!!

Review 39：Good location, just outside the charming city of Ciutadella and very close to the best beaches in Menorca. California apartments were very calm and good if you want to rest (But we were there in June). We arived on a sunday afternoon so no one was there to receive us, but we had a paper with our name on the front door informing us of the number of our apartment and the key to it was on the door. Very simple! The next day we went to the reception were a lady was wating for us and she was very helpfull and gave us all the information and touristic tips we needed. Also there is a lot of big supermarkets nearby.

Review 41：Good location near to the small beach and shop. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had a very private and large balcony, ideal for sunbathing. As it was early season we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Will definitely return.

We were given an apartment on the front of the property which had 2 seperate balconys this made it private and we were able to sunbathe all day long! The apartment was complete with everything you need for a self catering stay. If we required anything nothing was too much trouble. Will definately be returning.

The Fine Print
Please note that apartments are cleaned and sheets are changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.During the bank holiday of Sant Juan, from 21 until the 25 of June 2016, a EUR 50 deposit is required per person for incidentals. It will be refunded on check out date if there are no damages.
