Review 1：The standard room is tired and somewhat dated but the view from the room made up for it. I understand all rooms will eventually be renovated.

Review 2：The restaurant Terrace has a lovely setting with spectacular views of the mountains. Coupled with the excellent gourmet food makes a fabulous dining experience.

Review 3：The beds were OK, but not great, and the bath didn't have a shower that you could stand underneath. The decor was a little outdated and the place could benefit from some modernising in certain areas.

Review 4：Hotel is nicely decorated on the outside, and has an outdoor terrace and bar/restaurant. The views are great. The staff are friendly and helpful too, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (if not exactly 5-star luxury). The TV/entertainment options are good too.

Review 6：Excellent service from the staff , very nice and comfortable hotel with fantastic views. The dinner we had was very good and excellent value for the amount we paid. The lady staff who attended to us have us very good service and kept asking us whether we wanted addition helpings of salad, etc. The food was very tasty worth what we paid. We will certainly return to the hotel if we should visit Chatel again in future and do encourage others to book the hotel should they visit the area.

Review 27：We loved the hotel. The staff were friendly, it's a lovely looking place inside and out and our room was fantastic. The spa and pool area are really great and very clean. We didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was nice. The location's good, especially if you like having a little stroll (it's a few minutes from the centre). We'll be back.
