Review 1：Check in between 5-8. Called the hotel few days in advance and told no problem to check in earlier. Called again day before arrival and told must check in between 5-8.

Review 3：you did have to make sure your apartment was tidy & reasonably clean on departure, however this took us 5 minutes to achieve and would in no way ever stop me going back again as the quality of this place is brilliant

Review 6：It was easy to get to the slopes. 200m from slopes. Had a nice 20 min walk to and from the town for evening meals or shopping. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Helpful, friendly staff.

Review 11：The 70 Euro cleaning fee. No basic essentials were supplied eg. Soap or washing detergent. Paid Wifi was terrible - it never worked! There was a terrible smell (sewerage) on the ground floor of the apartment building, after many complaints to reception nothing was done to fix it.

Review 20：Very cramped apartment. The living/kitchen area was extremely small. Very rigid staff who would turn the lights out a 8 pm when we are in the middle of a game of pool!!!! COLD SWIMMING POOL. When we arrived we had no bed linen or towels and the staff could not bring them to our room, not very service orientated. Only one dish drying cloth for a week, ridiculous. You have to buy a cleaning kit? Little annoying things.

Review 21：Swimming pool, steam room, pool table, layout of building. Good decor and access. In general a very high standard regarding appearance.

First of all, the picture here of the swimming pool fooled me it is not as close, I don't know from where the swimming pool picture here they got but it wasn't the same the actually swimming pool there isn't bad but with no view(which I was super excited to go swim) plus the swimming pool was very cold!!! 2. For a 4 star hotel, reception closed at 8 pm , we got back from a dinner and smelled this awful fire smell we paniced and didn't know what to do due to the fact that the reception was closed so we needed up called the fire department to assure us that the smell was nothing serious. I couldn't sleep all night even tho there were fire alarms yet still we could smell fire and were scared. 3. For a 4 star hotel there wasn't the option "room service" no one cleans they rooms unless u ask and u need to pay 55 euros FOR CLEANING!! Crazy! 4. Laundry services were so expensive per laundry 6 euros and dry cleaning 5 euros ! Super expensive ! 4. Hotel didn't have a restaurant nor room service for even sandwiches !!! Then why in the world it is rated 4 stars? 5. The room had to be clean by you before check out and if it wasn't they would charge you 55 euros!!

Review 23：1. I got my dog with me which was a plus that they actually accepted I needed to pay 44 euros for a week which isn't that bad. 2. Terrace was very nice with a nice view. 3. Room size was very comfortable for the 3 of us! 4. The fact that there was a little kitchenette was a plus! 5. I would recommend you ask for chalet H cause the rest of the chalets are out around the hotel if you wanted to swim you would have to walk in the snow to reach it cause spa facilities and pool are all located in chalet H only! 6. In door parking was a plus! Les saiseis Is a very beautiful place I would decently come back, I have back problems but that doesn't matter cause they have a lot of activities not only skiing they have a snow roller coaster, snow mobiles, parachuting, a trip with a helicopter and very good restaurants and wide variety of shops!!!

We expected to have an hotel-liketreatment instead : reception closed from 12 to 4 pm; 2 small towel forperson , any extra is 6€/person; internet is 6€/day or20€/week and the wireless was not reaching our rooms, we had tostand in the corridor near the elevator; locker in pool is 1€: hamman isextra beyond first time: cleaning poor: in three days we say same debrisin corridor and elevator; room they do nothing and they charged you 55€at departure, not stated in the booking.com site; we had asked to havedouble bed linen for me and my wife: a lady came up with them and madethe bed with my wife : cost only 35€!!
