Review 1：This is nitpicking but beware the parking garage, it's veeeeery tight getting in. parking up and getting out of it again

Review 2：Our second stay, very helpful staff, immaculately clean and tidy once again.

Review 3：The television in the room had very restricted channels with no news channels what so ever. On line it appeared that the hotel had a terrance where I could buy breakfast. In reality it was a cafe ,not within the hotel but about 3 minutes away which did not open until after 11am.I felt that it was rather misleading on the web site.

Review 9：The location was great, staff was nice, and the beds (especially pillows) were comfortable. We called the hotel and was able to arrive early for an extra night. The room's were exactly as I had requested.

Review 10：Very poor breakfast served in a poor cafeteria. Black mold in a shower. Cleanliness should be improved. Wifi was also spotty.

Review 12：Out of the door, turn left and you're on the beach, perfect. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all requests. Room was comfortable with easily controlled air conditioning/heating, shower was really powerful, great after a day on the beach. Could have done with more drawers or a table/desk and a larger bin would have been helpful but all in all very happy with everything.

Review 24：If you plan to be in this part of Spain do not miss the opportunity of staying at Don Agustin. Literally two metres from the beach, great staff, room cleaned every day, loads of decent cafes and food on your doorstep. Fantastic value for money, it is not possible to ask for more at this price.

Review 25：Air conditioner and fridge were non functional and no staff at the desk, only a phone number to call. We didn't bother, just opened a window and let our waters warm up. It was before tourist season, so perhaps they weren't geared up for tourists yet. Still a good deal for the money.

Review 30：No coffee and tea making facilities or hairdryer which would have been nice. It's quite a way from Malaga so you need to pay a high price for a transfer or hire a car. The area is good to visit the Ronda, Puerto Banus, Estepona etc which are all between 30 and 90 mins away.

Review 32：Had a one night stay at this lovely hotel, 5 steps from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were perfectly adequate and spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. Great value for money.

Review 33：Lovely little hotel one street back from the beach in a Spanish town. Could see the sea side view from my room. Helpful staff. Would love kettle in room but maybe thats a British thing! They do not serve breakfast or drinks but little cafes on sea front in 30 seconds! Room very spacious, clean and modern, bathroom lovely, flat screen tv.

Review 34：Car park access is a bit tight but takes nothing away from the quality of the hotel.

Review 35：This is a family run hotel. Sebastian and Agustin were both very friendly and helpful. I expect I will stay at the Don Agustin in the future as it is in a good location and within comfortable travelling distance of Gibraltar, Cadiz, Malaga etc.

Review 36：The free underground parking is a nightmare. The car park is located underneath the hotel, accessed through a roller shutter door on a one-way street. People have a tendency to drive very close behind you, which means often you have to drive around the block to try to park again. Also there are cars parked opposite the shutter door, making manouvres very difficult. Negotiating the narrow entrance and the car park below requires another person to guide you in. Literally leaving only millimetres of space to negotaiate between the walls. The hotel is located in an urban area, where we saw gangs of youths congregating, many using stret drugs and drinking. It felt very intmidating in the evening and we travelled by taxi at night when possible. Overall, the Sabinillas area isn't at all pleasant and best avoided at night.

Review 37：The location was ok. We were visiting family in nearby Puerto de la Duquesa, which was a short stroll along the beach next to the hotel. Plenty of local shops and supermarkets on the streets surrounding the hotel. Also a selection of cafe's and bars along the saefront to the rear of the hotel. The beach was also excellent but we didn't swim because we visited in November.

Review 39：The hotel was clean and well presented. There is a short walk of only a few metres to the promenade to access cafes for meals. Staff were friendly and cost came to less than 50 euros per night.

Review 40：Normally a hotel is a hotel. What makes one hotel stand out from the others is the genuine friendly and polite service from the staff. At the Don Agustin we were treated to just that. The staff, from the manager/owner, to the room cleaners, we're helpful and friendly. If this hotel had its own restaurant, then I'm sure it would be at least a couple of stars more! Review 41：No laundry service, parking is below the building in a space that's filled with oddly placed columns that makes bumps and scratches an almost guaranteed occurrence.

Review 42：Great location, abundant restaurants and store outlets at all levels. Whereas in Sotogrande the lingua franca is English, in Sabinillas around the hotel it's Spanish and that's great, too - lots of hand signals! Spanish life in the street and Spanish families walking the beach promenade. Great!

My wife had used a blanket as an extra pillow one night, the following day another pillow was on the bed without asking. Place is steps from the beach and spotless. Good location to visit Gibralter and Morrocco. Plenty of variety for food and drink close by. Excellent stay.

Review 50：We had secure parking for our motorcycle, and the room was clean with towels changed every day. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was provided by the restaurant a few feet away on the promenade.

Review 59：Very nice place more or less directly at the beach. Restaurants and bars at the beach and at the (small) center place of the town in very close walking distance. Room overall not really loud from the outside, inside: fridge and air con amazingly quiet (air con on lowest stage turned on during night although I usually hate the noise). Some people complain about breakfast? Come on – we preferred a fresh orange juice, a coffee and a toast (OK, true, that’s all) but with ocean view compared to a buffet in a hotel. Yes, the garage is not designed for big cars - but hey – it’s doable, learn driving. And to my German country fellow men – it might be that the people there don’t speak German, but they speak English very well and are extremely friendly. Therefor from our side: Thumbs up for this very nice place!
