Review 1：Facilities were a bit tired ie pool but I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Review 2：What a comfortable stay. The bed was huge, the room was clean, staff went above and beyond, excellent location, quiet. Loved it, very happy.
Review 3：Found everything about this hotel tired and rundown. The pool area, gym (a joke). Conference room (looked as if last used in the last millennium). The breakfast area under a plastic temporary roof with worn astro turf on the floor. Bedroom large but not inviting, bed down on on side (although comfortable) bizarre power points set in wall at an angle and a flexible shower pipe that ran half the length of the bath etc

Review 5：This is not, in our opinion, a 4 star hotel and we would question when the Best Western inspectors last visited as it was clearly some time ago i.e. Ragged Astro turf in dining area, pool area facilities completely run-down, corridors smelt musty and were tired, the first rooms we saw were not as brochure photographs however after complaining we were offered a selection of alternative rooms. It appears that this hotel is running on a shoestring only e.g coffee offered free in room on first day only. The price definitely does not reflect 4 star standard.
Review 6：The position of the hotel into town was good although the main road it is situated on is very busy, noisy and car fumey especially when sitting round the pool. It was great to have secure parking.
Review 7：Buildings around pool needing upgraded .Toilets at pool were very poor with mouldy walls . Though actual toilet and wash hand basin were new.Breakfast area was poor for a 4star hotel with old artificial grass for carpeting.There were linen table cloths but they were very crushed .
