Review 1：Bathroom is very small, but I guess it's the European style
Review 2：It's my second time to stay there, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quite and nice, very close to the city center
Review 3：Could use new towels, better cleaning, but for a basic budget place, was good. Was difficult for me to arrive before reception closed at 8pm.
Review 4：Had all the basics that I needed, and adequate space. Liked having the kitchen. Close to the metro, stores and restaurants.
Review 5：Not recommendable at all. Altough we booked 3 nights we left after the first one, because the smell of poisenous cleaning agent was terrible and I could not sleep because of the noise of the frequent toilet flushing trough the room from above plus noise from the traffic early in the morning. No transfer by car as indicated in the description, so we had to walk another 10 minutes.

Review 7：The Booking says: "The studios are at a different address than the lobby. A free shuttle will transport guests to Phenicio studio. It is just a 4-minute drive away", but they did not give us the free transport, and we had to walk tired and with the baggage about 4 blocks. Every morning (about 7:AM) started some heavy noisy work just aside the property.

Review 9：no wi fi, small room, no fan, during hot days it is hot like in Sahara, no iron, i took it by myself from reception, and had to carry 15 min to the property. Metro is 15-17 min by walking. I don't recommend this hostel at all.
Review 10：Very unclean room, incl walls, kitchen area, plug sockets, light switches, shower area. Needs painting as the very least. I tried not to touch anything without washing my hands afterwards. No wifi in the room had to walk up the road maybe 50m for free wifi in the hotel office. Bunk bed hence banged my head on the ceiling, not suitable for anyone who is not full mobile physically as the stairs to bed are very steep. Bathroom sink under a cupboard so unable to fully access, so brushed my teeth over the toilet instead. Bathroom floor very slippery once wet. Had to ask for towels to be changed, but was changed without any problems. Windows not double glazed hence very noisy, could hear traffic. Overall terrible room.
Review 11：The location of the hotel was great near to the metro, the staff were very helpful and polite.
Review 12：This place has no wifi. The only source of wifi is the lobby which closes at 2100 and then you would have to sit outside in the cold if u wanted to use it at night or outside lobby hours.

Review 15：The property was frankly dangerous,the toilet leaked,the shower didn't drain,the door locks didn't work,the ladder to the bunk bed was unsafe,I was assaulted by someone,who wasn't a guest, running out of the building,the Management refused to do anything about the problems,we left after 3 nights of a 19 night stay and they refused to refund the 16 nights we didn't stay.

Very small conjested area. It is not at all a place to stay. Should take serious action. The most worst thing is Bathroom. It is so small u enter and cant turn around. So pathetic

Review 24：We(three persons) stayed three days, but they gave us only two towels! The drain in the shower booth was clogged, so we asked the office fix it. They promised to do, but they didn't come!
Review 25：location is different from booking office so is easier with a car. Very tricky if you arrive after 9pm. Office closes at 9. We were delayed so had to go to another address, enter with a code, go to a box with another code to get a key and a map to where the apartment is (5 mins drive). Luckily it didn't self destruct after 10 seconds. The floor was flooded.

Review 62：-The pictures do not match with booking.com. -The bedrooms are a reformed basement, and the view is shocking at first. -The bed is close to the ceiling and you must use a stair to reach it. -There is a background smell of cigars. -No ventilation in bathroom, it smells as a sewer and never got dry in all the 6 days we were there. -Dust, lots of it. -I had an impression that bed sheets / blankets were never washed. Sometimes I was a bit disgusted, but it was too much trouble to change hotels in so short time, and the payment is upfront. -Although there is a small cooktop, there is no cookware. -When someone enters in building, you can hear everything as there was no door at all. And the air movement forced the door. -Did I mention dust? Expect lots of it.

Review 64：Very nice place in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, all household appliances works well, including washing machine. Near the apartment there are lots of small cheap ethnical restaurants, two pizzerias and supermarket right in house. It's not far from metro station and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Paris (Champs Elysee).
Review 65：I didn't like that there was no tel.machine (even to receive calls)at the Studio as I lost my way so it was difficult to contact when Idon't have the country sim.Also, more staff should be available for guests inquiries through an available hot line or couple of tel. lines.
