Reviews for Côté Jardin - Chambres d'hôtes

Review 1:Nothing really

Review 2:Location, staff, breakfast, close to highway but really nice town. We stayed here one night for a stop over but want to come back in summer.

Review 3:Maybe a small fridge in room? But nothing else..perfect!

Review 4:Fabulous 2 bed apartment, beautiful town which we would have liked to see more of. Great for Parc Asterix.

Review 5:Room was fantastic and had a nice view of the back gardens. Woman in charge was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent within easy walking distance to restaurants. We want to go back and stay there longer.

Review 6:Very little to not like. The only thing that was a problem was the wifi. I struggled initially to make use of it. It worked later, but was a little intermittent at times. I think this was due to some settings on the wifi base station. By the time I left, it seemed to have been resolved.

Review 7:Friendly and helpful owner, beautiful garden to relax in with a swimming pool, beautiful building and room. I travelled with a bicycle as I competed in the Chantilly Château Castle Triathlon and the owner was able to provide storage in a lockable garden shed which was very helpful. The close location to the main part of town enabled easy walking to a number of very good restaurants.

Review 8:Not a thing

Review 9:Was a bit difficult to find, but when the large front door opened into a wonderful courtyard. The people who took care of us were also wonderful and very helpful.

Review 10:Nothing

Review 11:The style and quality of the fixtures and fittings The welcome Francine gave us on arrival and throughout our stay The equality and flavour of breakfast

Review 12:Loved everything at the stunningly beautiful Cote Jardin. Francine was incredibly helpful in every way. Room was perfect and breakfast in Francine's stunning kitchen/dining room was amazing including excellent jams and marmalade made by her Mum. Cannot fault our stay in any way....can't wait to stay again and spend more time in the stunning Senlis too.

Review 13:Loved our stay at cote jardin! Really charming house with a warm welcome from our hosts. Even the little dog was a joy to meet. Would highly recommend this fab place!

Review 14:Only very very small remark.... a fridge in the room would be nice to have

Review 15:Warm and friendly welcome by the ownster, nice and chillful accomodation. Relax Max!

Review 16:My problem is literally with the location - very narrow streets with low stone bollards, one of which I hit.Pavements were very narrow resulting (I assume) in my car being scratched on the door.If you have a big car, you will not be able to use the guest house parking. I'll go back but I won't take a car into the old town.

Review 17:A very attractive guest house comprising a beautiful old property, tastefully restored with a lovely enclosed courtyard and garden. Owner was very helpful (I'm a coeliac and she went out of her way to ensure I was catered for). Our room was huge with good facilities.

Review 18:A beautiful property in a great location. Excellent room quality and cleanliness. We were looked after so well and really couldn't have asked for more.

Review 19:When you pass through the door into the foyer, you'll be surprised @ the beautiful home, filled with unique, comfortable furnishings & wonderful foliage in the yard. The owner was very accommodating & helpful. We loved the old town. A great place to spend the day before flying that's close to CDG.

Review 20:Dragging suitcases up three flights of stairs Beautiful but dangerously slippery bathroom Confounding shower No place to put luggage No functioning wifi on third floor

Review 21:Location Charm of old building Super sophisticated, elegant design Garden Large, beautifully appointed room Fantastic breakfast with hot croissants Parking available

Review 22:Beautiful, quiet and serene, this was a perfect choice for our last night in France. The rooms are stylish and the garden was in full bloom with plenty of space to enjoy.

Review 23:Nothing!

Review 24:Location, welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, style and comfort. From the moment we arrived until we left we loved every aspect of this hotel and plan to return in the summer to make the most of the delightful garden.

Review 25:Two flights of winding stairs a bit tricky, but we managed okay!

Review 26:Large, beautiful, quiet room. Beautiful garden. Private parking in their courtyard. Great breakfasts.

Review 27:Cote Jardin is a beautiful establishment and our visit was like staying in a mini castle. It was charming and enchanting, with such great care to detail in both the decor and the service. The owner was very accommodating to any special requests.

Review 28:It felt like living in a small château, the room was clean and confortable (we have 3 small kids) and Francine (the owner) was extremely helpful. A plus was the small pool the kids got to enjoy on the second day. Senlis is a quite beautiful old city worth walking around even with small kids.

Review 29:Nothing.

Review 30:Everything! Spa like atmosphere was the perfect relaxing and romantic way to end our vacation. I have already showed off photos of the view from our room & the charm of the place itself. I recommend it with no reservations & have already spread the word to my friends.

Review 31:One of most beautiful places we have stayed - large comfortable room, very pretty garden with pool. Delightful hosts (mother & daughter)who were so helpful and obliging.

Review 32:Parking could have been an issue, but we were lucky.

Review 33:Loved it all.The premises is amazing. Fantastic period building with exceptional quality and cleanliness. great location. Will defiantly return for another visit and have already suggested to friends and family to visit and stay in this hotel.

Review 34:Down a little narrow cobbled street the unimposing door opens into the courtyard of a 16th century house beautiful gardens peaceful and tranquil. The room was unique and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The host was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and served either in the breakfast room or on the terrace. As well as continental breakfast cooked eggs were also offered. Lovely place we cannot recommend enough !

Review 35:100 euro seems more appropriate to me , certainly in the period that a swinning pool cannot be used

Review 72:The house, gardens, rooms and amenities were all exceptional. You could tell that great care and detail went into every aspect of place. Very accommodating staff and beautiful setting.

Review 73:Friendly owners, beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment, excellent breakfast, great wifi. We had a very pleasant 2 day stay with our children here close by to Mer du Sable theme park. Our car was parked off site in a secure paking area (3 minute walk)

Review 74:Prices are a little stiff, but just manageable in quieter times.

Review 75:The setting of this magnificent house in the very center of historic Senlis is splendid. It is easy to find and at convenient distance from the highway. Parking can be somewhat challenging as there is little space in the street and the surrounding streets are narrow, but you are sure to find a spot at walking distance. The location provides the great benefit of being able to go around on foot to the historic points of interests, drinks and dinner. The house offers spacious guestrooms with lots of atmosphere and Madame cooks an excellent breakfast.

Review 76:Absolutely no WIFI signal available in the room.

Review 77:Ideal location, comfortable bed, spacious room, nicely appointed, large well equipped bathroom, much attention to detail, delicious breakfast, warm welcome, can't ask for much more

Review 78:Too many cob webs in the house and the room. Although the bathroom looks quite new, it looked not that clean due to the limestone. Shower enclosure also full with limestone. Parking not easy.

Review 79:The house is just outside the city centre of Senlis and is great ! Large rooms, fantastic breakfastt, nice lady of the house. And very close to the A1 and Paris. Modern bath room. Very quiet. Large bed.

Review 80:Beautiful spacious room, terrific garden & decor. Warm friendly staff, great breakfast, close to Senlis town center. The bathroom was large with both shower & tub.

Review 81:My room was at the top of the house and I did not enjoy the narrow steps necessary to reach it. I understood, however, that historic houses are narrow and angular.

Review 82:This was a historic home in a historic town. There was an authentic feeling to the accommodation and a reserved, but helpful, welcome from the owner, Francine. A bountiful breakfast in the large kitchen made one feel immersed in France. Francine takes pride in her garden and it was a joy to see her show off the pumpkin she had grown.

Review 83:Large, beautifully decorated room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Quiet location with easy walk to town. The proprietor, Francine, is a wonderful person and the breakfast was fantastic.

Review 84:Design of the room, comfort of room and size. Great staff and very clean. Good breakfats choices in the morning. distance to countryside and Paris. Further, 20 minutes from the airport.

Review 85:Spiral stairs with heavy suitcases

Review 86:A beautiful home with off street parking, sumptuous breakfasts, kind and informative hostess, great room with views, gardens to relax in, proximity to city centre

Review 87:there is nothing negative to write a perfect quiet spot to soak up french village life and relax

Review 88:Cote Jardin is a wonderful bed and Breakfast. beautiful rooms and other facilities. Madame Francine was lovely so helpful and welcoming.

Review 89:Place is beautifully decorated - rooms are full of lovely decor details and are large and spacious. Location is great, a few minutes away from the heart of the lovely town. Bathroom fully equipped and very luxurious. Greatly recommended.

Review 90:Internet didn't work in room since walls so thick. Sat in front of room on stairs and it was full strength and fast.

Review 91:The owner was very accommodating. The hotel is right where you want to be in the city. Next to shops, restaurants, etc. We were lucky enough to park in their private parking spaces off street, but I assume that's not always possible judging by others parking comments. Room was very spacious, more than enough with up to date fixtures that all worked great.

Review 92:Some lamps in the room don't work, so it is not bright enough at night.

Review 93:very friendly hostess, good location, in center of city nice garden with swimming pool

Review 94:A bit of a challenge to find...but worth the effort!

Review 95:My family stayed at Cote Jardin on our last two nights in France. CoteJardin surpassed our expectations! We originally planned to stay onenight but are so glad that we had two nights here. We did not thinkanywhere could be as wonderful as our week in Normandy. But this Senlisbed & breakfast provided a restful and nice ending for us. Francineis a gracious hostess.

Review 96:Very charming and very French country style. Livery amenities and veryspotless clean. Beautiful gardens and the kitchen breakfast area wasreally a dream.

Review 97:Die Treppen ohne Handlauf waren etwas schwierig. Getting up the narrow stairs without a hand rail and with luggage a bit difficult

A small, historic (17th century) inn with lots of charm and interesting rooms. Our room was large and nicely decorated and had a large, modern bathroom. Inside the walls of the inn, there is a patio/terrace with chairs, tables and a pool. Owner was wonderful and very helpful. Inn location was a very short walk to the historic section stores and restaurants. The limited, off-street parking (with reservation) was helpfull

Review 99:If you don't have gps or a very good map (that shows one-waystreets), it may be a little difficult to find. Parking could be a tightsqueeze if you have a larger car.

Review 100:An absolutely beautiful place ... beautifully decorated huge room andbathroom. Very comfortable bed. Welcoming host. Free, guarded, on-siteparking. Drab streetscape opens up onto beautiful garden. Breakfastserved in a beautiful kitchen or outside in the garden.

Review 101:Getting up the narrow stairs without a hand rail and with luggage a bit difficult

Review 102:The hotel is charming and decorated beautifully. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast in the huge kitchen was extremely enjoyable and the atmosphere delightful.

Review 103:The house was a little difficult to find in a congested villagestreet, but it was so worth it. Once there, spaciousness unfoldedalmost by magic.

Review 104:We have stayed in many places in France, but this will be among our bestmemories. A beautiful house, whose intuitively kind host saw immediatelythat my husband has difficulty with stairs and offered us a lessexpensive (but just as gorgeous) room with easier access. She answeredall our problems with grace and dispatch.

Review 105:Gorgeous room and gardens. Friendly hosts. Quiet location. The bikes they offered could use a tune up, but heck, they were free.

Review 106:Stylish, warm welcome, good breakfast.

Review 107:perfect.

Review 108:Everything!

Review 109:They were very nice and accommodating.

Review 110:Everything was perfect

Review 111:Hard to find

Review 112:Huge quiet room Great location Lots of character Gracious Hostess
