Review 1：Old facility, lot of thing could have been renovated. Even at the wellness couple of items could have been renewed.
Review 2：The view from the terrasse and the location itself is perfect.Wellness area was great.
Review 3：Small rooms, old style bathroom, had to request additionnal soap (no automatic refill) only one small pillow, tiny television (as big as a laptop), no towels available at the spa and showers without soap.

Review 5：Told restaurant was fully booked when it was barely used. No bar service despite waiting twenty minutes. Reception staff not very welcoming or helpful. Only two tea bags and no coffee sachets in room. Breakfast was poor for the price (no hot offering at all). For price charged (E180) this was all very poor and a shame.

Review 7：We booked this hotel because it had a navet service to the ski lifts, on arrival we were told it was not available due to an accident! This meant we were staying in the most expensive hotel in mont dore for no reason!

Review 11：We would have liked coffee in the room. Paying 145 Euros Breakfastshould be included in the price. Our room was on floor 7, The lift wasalways full so we had to walk up the stairs every time. Our bath hadhairs in it.

Review 13：Parking area is on slope, not cleared of snow- probably too small whenhotel full. Functional and modern but not "cosy" mountainfeeling in lobby. Fine dining restaurant reputedly excellent but wewanted tartiflette and fondue, so went out.
Review 14：Great views of mountain. Good location - walk to restaurants and shopsin lovely Mont Dore in 2 mins. Very good staff, answered questions,advised on skibus, skihire etc. Spa staff kindly let us relax and changeafter last day prior to long drive home. Good modern bathrooms, anddecent beds. Definitely our choice for return ski trip to this area.
