Reviews for Hotel Palamos

Review 1：We requested a double bed and got 2 individual beds put together. We requested a change but there were no double beds left; this should be indicated in the website beforehand because it can strongly influence the purchase decision. We would have gone to a different hotel had we known this. No phones to call reception so one needed to go downstairs each time. Booking indicated that the check out could be done at 12. When we got there we were told it was at 11a.m. At the end, they allowed us to stay until 12 but the information on Booking and the hotel should be aligned. Check in and check out experience is quite slow.

Review 2：mazing breakfast! Plenty of choice and good quality! Rooms are spacious although the distribution is strange (no light at all in the place were the bed rooms, so lights need to be on even in the morning)

Review 3：The beds were a bit hard but I think most places in Spain are like that anyway. I got a good rate as a late booking but I think the normal price is to high.

Review 5：Very poorly maintained. Its a shame to have such decent facilities and employ people who do not care about customer relationship. Poor service at reception where a guy seems to be overly aggressive rather than friendly.

Review 13：the room was far better than in the picture. As well as a bedroom and bathroom there was a separate living area with tv and fridge leading out to quite a large balcony. I'd asked for a view of the sea too and although it wasn't a full view, they'd put us in a room with a partial view.

Review 14：I didn't like them photocopying my credit card. I was told it was instead of a deposit and it was to cover any damage to the room or items missing. I have never known a need for deposit or copying my credit card before. I am very protective towards my banking details and feel it was incorrect as I had used my pin number for that card when booking in.

Review 16：NO information in the room for what channels were available on the TV and the front desk staff were unable to assist. Towels need renewing!
