Review 1：TV cannot be turned off from the remote control and channels are few Need skypacific channels

Review 2：The following comments to be considered? 1. Need new TV sets; 2. Lift too old and unsafed; 3. Exterior of the building need to be painted or water blasting to look clean; 4. Room rate is too high compared to quality of facilities provided.

Review 3：Breakfast is minimalist, the building is a bit scary, none of the usual services offered by hotels (mini-bar, satellite TV, airport pick-up etc.)

Review 5：The entire building was in desperate need of renovation. The elevator did not always work. The room needed deep cleaning...the blinds, louver doors & TV were dirty. A roach crossed my table at breakfast one day.

Review 6：I had business with the bank and government offices. This is a very good location for those activities. Easy to walk everywhere in central Suva.

Review 7：Stained towels, no milk or creamers despite requests, towels replaced on Day 2 but not bathmat (tiles very slippery when wet). Phone did not work. There was nothing in the room anywhere telling us where to go to eat, what the rules were of the hotel etc. Hard to find - better signeage required. Taxi drivers etc know it was JJ's on the Park, not Da Vos - need to inform people it was once JJ's.

Review 9：No particular issues, except I would encourage to have the building nicely painted and decorated. I almost got a shock when first arrived due to the muggy mould on the outside walls...

Review 14：Unfortunately we had issues with our bathroom lights and no additional bed was provided as booked. However Olivia on reception was very efficient in taking care of our room issues and her service was great which made our stay more great. Keep up the great work Olivia.

Review 21：The elevator would not work on our floor and the night clerk seemed very confused by my booking and in the morning the bill showed that I still owed money when in fact, the bill was prepaid.

Review 24：The bar staff and the girl behind the reception desk were fantastic, so accommodating and really nice Wifi was the best we had in Fiji but that was thanks to the helpful staff otherwise it would have been very expensive. The evening meal was lovely from the Sea Salt, breakfast was not the best but the plunger coffee was very nice

Some maintenance issues have not been addressed between my visits. Exterior could do with a real clean up as building looks run down. Windows definitely need a clean.

Review 42：We had checkout time up until 11am but were forced to leave at 10am. At 10 am we were getting things sorted to leave by 1030am when the staff came and opened the door which got us rushing to leave where as in the email confirmation it clearly say checkout by 11am
