Hotel Dachstein sells fast on our site. The traditional, family-run Hotel Dachstein is located directly in the centre of Filzmoos, very close to the ski lifts and cable cars of the Ski Amadé region.
Hotel Dachstein’s spa area can be used free of charge. It features a Finnish sauna, a herbal steam bath, a solarium, and much more. Bathrobes and bathing towels are provided free of charge in the rooms.
Half-board includes a varied breakfast buffet with home-made products and a 5-course dinner with a salad buffet. Gala dinners take place regularly.
Facilities also include a lobby with a reading corner, a small library, and a heated storage room for winter and summer sports equipment.
Hotel Dachstein regularly offers various activities such as guided hikes or skiing excursions. Parking is available free of charge.

Review 1：The only bad experience was having to leave after only one week.

Review 2：The room was clean and comfortable and well equipped but mealtimes were the real 'stand out' feature for us. The staff were friendly and efficient and there was a choice of main courses every night. Watch out for the 'Different Way' items on the dinner menu - interesting (in a good way)!

Review 10：We have just spent three fantastic days at Hotel Dachstein. A really familiar atmosphere, where the staff always meets you with a smile and do their outmost to make your stay perfect! The food are delicious and presented in a fantastic way. Don´t hesitate, just make your reservation. You will not be disappointed!

Review 11：The wi-fi was disappointing. I was charged extra for an espresso at breakfast. They are not well prepared to provide lunch. There are no wash cloths in the bathroom.

Review 12：Small hotel with a perfect location and a comfortable and quiet room. I had a nice balcony, although in the winter, it was only fun for taking a couple of pictures. Breakfast was reasonably diverse and good and they had a table ready for me each day. There was a little English language pamphlet on the table each morning with some interesting facts about the village, puzzles, etc. The staff attempted to be very accommodating.

Review 16：Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of effort made towards a rewarding dining experience. Rooms were well presented and clean with adequate en suite facilities. In easy walking distance from Filzmoos ski resorts. Very pleasantly surprised.

Review 17：Restaurant staff were wonderful: Marija, Karolyn, Thomas and Heinrich. 5-course dinners terrific--chef excellent. Breakfast buffet with multiple choices--salmon on Sunday and Marija made us omelets on Monday! Storage room for skis/boots had boot warmers.

Review 18：This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We enjoy a lot every single day we spent there. The rooms are big with excellent and relaxing beds. The staff take very good care of the cleanliness of the rooms (was spotless) and also for their customers. The kitchen is fantastic. The chef is unique and prepare so nice and interesting daily menu that you just fall in love. You have to be very picky not loving the way of presenting the table or love the waiters who are very pleasant and accurate in serving the meals. Position of the hotel makes it easy to reach any ski slope in the region (better if you have a car anyhow)
