Review 1：Absolutely loved our holiday and staying at this hotel - the hotel staff was super nice, the food was great and the views were amazing. Definitely will go back when visiting Menorca!

Review 2：On the holiday, an elderly man collapsed and subsequently passed away. the male required CPR at the poolside.when i requested a defibiralator. staff did not know where it was. transpired the equilivent was locked in life guard room, and only he had a key to it! very difficult to locate. though clgood CPR skills. Just hope In future maybe more readily available ie at the manned 24 hr reception! and one situated at one of the manned poolside bars. this was the only negative and could have helped....

Review 3：Great portions of food and drink, Great Staff, Good entertainment team. I would return to hotel as one of the best in menorca! The ambulance did turn up fairly good quickly for the gentleman who passed away, though management appeared more concerened about protecting there reputation regarding the medical emergency, in some cases as you would expect, however it appeared maybe to obvious... otherwise very great good.

Review 4：Animation was "quiet" there where no dancing possibilities for younger people. Of course the animation where trying to do the best - but it's hard when 90% of hotels guests are in age 65+. There something strange happens with our child in the kids room. when he were there we had some spots all over his body. we didn't go in the kids room for few days and everything was fine spots were gone. May be it because of cleaning chemistry. And it's sad that when we came in the first room that we had was a little bit old. How I could understand they are ding renovation. So we asked to change the room and it was very nice with new furniture and sea view. But the bathroom was a little bit "swimming" :) because of shower.

Review 5：Restaurant. It was nice to have a drinks and a nice food in restaurant. Staff was very pleasant always smiling. It was always a pleasure to go in the bar or restaurant. You can feel that all staff in there are like family - I cant tell the same about all hotels staff. The views were amazing, but with small child it was a little bit frightening :)

Review 13：Kitchens and Restaurant (clearly because of the hotel renovation) are located just in front of one of the two seafront sides of the hotel limiting sea view and generating a constant air conditioners and refrigerators noise (even at windows closed) on top of trays noise (in/out) from 6am to midnight. You can survive but clearly a pity with a negative impact on the overall feedback.

Review 14：Location is amazing. Very close (by car) to Ciutadella. The hotel has been refurbished recently so everything is new, well maintained and clean.
