Review 1：Car park space is too small...need some kind of parking structure.

Review 3：Nothing I do not like, I use them regularly. Just note that currently they don't offer any breakfast or meals; however its easy to access Tanoa Hotel adjacent for these..

Review 6：Good to notice improvements but theres lots to offer if comparing hotels/resorts in the West. One thing common amongst Suva hotel is the level of customer service. Hotel is in a good loc and if improvements are made to room standards like that of bigger hotels in Suva,then it can attracts more customers who frequent 5 star hotels etc. .

Review 16：I didn't really agree with the condition of the bigger family room. The air-conditioning was playing up in the room and the rough ceiling surface can injure someone in the shower if one brushed his/her hand against it. For the family room, the kitchen condition may need a small face-lift and the sliding door was damaged. The limiting of the smaller room to 2 people when it has a nice big couch that an adult can sleep on wasn't nice. 3 people would be better. The limiting of the family room to 3 people during last month's special rate also wasn't nice, when it can easily accomodate for 5 people.

Review 19：The location was the best part of this place! really close to town, and as its an apartment complex we got some nice views of the city. This was the first place we stayed in Fiji. Rooms are huge, and the air con is great! We had children stating next door to us, so they were a bit noisy in the hall way! Room was basic facilities, which was fine. Would recommend for short term stay- good transit place.

Review 21：Due to an error in the way we booked we had to be moved from studio accommodation into 2 bedroom "apartment". We felt that the studio accommodation was clean very spacious and fairly priced. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating always tried to assist us in anything. However the move to the older part of the building to the apartment was really not good at all. It was very dirty - had a bad mould musty smell. The kitchen was awful the implements were very old etc. The bed was comfortable however by morning it was apparent it contained bed bugs. I would stay again only in the studio apartment as it represented value and was clean the same cannot be said of The old apartment.

Review 79：When I asked for someone to help take my bags up and down later, they asked someone to help me. The location is central to the city/ night life so its excellent. The room is huge so great to have friends and fam over for pre-drinks and after drinks. They have a couch and chair in your room so you can use that for random guests who spend the night. Nice big balcony if you have a balcony room.

Review 97：1.The kind of people that frequent it,sounded local,fighting through the nights in the facilitys corridors,screaming(women as well),doors being very noisily knoked at or slammed all hours of night+early am.2.I recommended to my frends we stay together here; had rental business of 3rooms+1 apartment for 5days.I was mortified by unclean condition,smelly toilets,WCseat fell off at 1st sitting,bugs in the kettle,smashed window etc etc. The last strow,the manager had the cheek to charge $2for a broken saucer!!
