Review 1：The problem was we said we would not arrive until after ten pm. The reception was closed and it took a lot of pursuading to get the housekeeper to give us a key.
Review 2：Most of the Hotel, the best place was reception wish our bed had been located there,you could not swing a cat around in the room,the bathroom was a complete joke,no plug sockets, and no Wi Fi in room,carpet was dirty had to keep footwear on until bed time.

Review 4：I understand that you get what you pay for but I have had better experiences in other hotels paying the same price (35euros). The receptionist was not at all friendly. Our room was room no.1, the smell of stale smoke when we entered was overpowering and the bed was a small double (120cm) not at all what we were expecting. The bathroom was spacious enough but there was no room in the bedroom for suitcases. This is a one-night-sleep-only type of place. Basically cos there is no room to 'hang out' in your room and at 9 o'clock the lovely lounge area which you see in the photos is taken away and hidden behind a big shutter that comes down over the reception area. The reviews are good and this is why I picked this hotel so perhaps it was just our room so avoid room no.1 at all costs, its dingy!

Review 14：This hotel is perfect if you want to relax and rest. The absence of internet is actually a good thing after a long period of working/studying. It is VERY clean and close to the tram station.
