Review 1：Dirty grey towel (although clean white one was provided on request). Windowless room. Expensive for what it was. Cold showers. Most toilet facilities needed replacing on ground floor.
Review 2：24 hour reception. Polite helpful staff. One new toilet on ground floor. Passable if you just need somewhere to rest your head for one night. Air conditioning in communal areas and fans in rooms.
Review 3：The building is full of cockroaches, I killed cockroaches in my room with my sandals. There are also big black ants in the room and bathroom.

Review 5：- Bed bugs! They attacked with zeal. The staff were really good about it when I told them, checking when I'd next be back (I left for a weekend in the middle of my staff) so they could put the mattress in the sun, etc. Unfortunately bed bugs are very hard to get rid of and they were still there when I returned, in spite of their efforts. I'm still itching two days after leaving!

Review 16：They upgraded us....up five flights of steps (we are in our seventies), then when we complained moved us to a ground floor room with no windows, and about 30cm each side of the bed. Upstairs the bathroom looked pre-war and downstairs communal showers with only cold. The kitchen is on the top floor and only had 4 plates,6 knives and 3 forks and the tea towels stunk. We have booked with bookings.com many times and do not expect the world, but it costs very little to be clean.

Review 23：I was quite disappointed with my decision. Rooms are very very very basic. Don't expect a great stay if you are looking to stay there for a long holiday. One night is too much. we had booked it cos all the other places were fully booked. There is huge scope for renovation and attract more people. Not sure what they aren't thinkng of doing anything ? No lift. Though there are 3 levels. Rooms look very scary and are very old. Well I don't wanna whinge too much. Overall it was an ok experience for us. Think and check everything before you plan to ! Review 24：Staff were friendly and helpful, even to take the 25kg bags to level 3. Location is right in the city area, good to go shopping etx and to roam around the port, waterfront . Dining options great. Nothing much to praise about .

Review 27：It depends what your expectations are. The double bed was reasonable and the sheets were clean, the single bed had a very thin mattress. Although we had a shower with hot water we opted not to use it. Very primitive and old, but overall the room did the job.

Review 53：Due to the location it was extremely loud but you can' have it all I guess. Room not very welcoming though very clean. They seem to be using a very aggressive cleaner and you had the stench of that stuff constantly in your nose. I would stay there again but next time I would opt for a room with shared bathroom so that you don't have that smell of the detergent. The cheerfulness and warmth of the helpful staff made up for it though. Good for a night or two.

Review 55：The bathroom was in desperate need of repair/ upgrade. Almost unhygenic. I hope it is on their things to do list asap!!! The many steps to our level 3 room were a challenge to my 86 year old mother. The no recommendation is due to the state of the bathroom.

Review 125：We arrived and they said they had upgrade us from the cheapest to a better type of room. The room was okish, for the price, but the bathroom featured a really big roach. We ask for something to remove it and were moved to another room (in the meantime the old room was prepared again, it looked like the towel was not replaced, just redecorated on the bed...) Next room had no roaches. But if we're not terribly mistaken bed bugs. We checked out asap. Very cheap in Suva is not backpacker style. It's cheap :(

Review 129：Rooms, you cant close the windows, it was somehow clean but everything was old and broken. Its more a bootcamp style. No privace cause everyone can look between curtains and window. You can hear everything like it is next to you, espacially you room neighbours private restroom activities. Maybe for one night if you come late and leave early. Absolutly not worth the money, should be max. 10usd per night in this condition. And we travelled 6months through southeast asia and south america with a backpack, we know what basic standard is and this is below that.
