Reviews for Lagrange Confort+ Les Chalets du Mont Blanc
Review 1:1. Not enough bed linens for 6 people. 2. Only 1 towel provided for 6 people. We checked in close to 7:30 p.m. so by the time we could investigate what should be in our room the staff was already gone. 3. No staff to ask for help between 8pm- 8 am. (The entire complex was without power when we awoke one morning). Not even able to make coffee or tea. 4. Instructions not provided for check-out procedures. After we thought we had done everything properly, we were told we had to bring down the towels and linens from the room. 5. Moldy smell in cabinets. 6. Dishwasher soap and a drying towel should be provided, but wasn't. 7. No oven. 8. Horrible Internet. Couldn't even connect, and had to pay. 9. Very small apartment.
Review 2:Close to the bus stop taking us up the mountain.
Review 3:Very basic accomodation, very small rooms, they charge you 49 euros to have it cleaned, no bed sheets or towels.
Review 4:Convenient location, small indoor swimming pool.
Review 5:do i realy have to pay for sheets?! and get to check-inn early evening and find myself without sheets at all?! and no one to speek english with
Review 6:the place
Review 7:- pay attention that towels, bed linen, cleaning/washing is for extra money which means that finally you pay twice the price you expect - paid internet was a disaster - hardly working in the premises of the hotel - staff was not very interested in their job
Review 8:- view of of the window - cute, little village - swimming pool - kitchen
Review 9:bed mattress was a bit 'sinky' in the middle but that was the only fault
Review 10:Location in a quiet alpine village with small shops and restaurant. It was nice to come away from the main ski resort to a peaceful setting in the evenings.. . Apartment was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. There is a nice pizza restaurant and a ski shop directly under the apartments which was very good. Would definitely come again
Review 11:There was nothing to dislike.
Review 12:The village of Hauteluce is beautiful, quiet and easy to get to. The Parking facilities at the Chalets were very convenient.
Review 13:When I booked I was expecting to be 500m from ski lift - actually it was a bus ride away. Originally thought I had booked to stay in Les Saisies, so be careful when choosing your accomadation. Nothing to do in the evening in this small village.
Review 14:Staff & Facilities, indoor parking, All perfect, but not location I was expecting. Great ski hire shop under the apartment block - easy!
Review 15:Internet only in the chilly lobby Wifi router often out of service One member of the staff speaks English You have to take out rubbish outdoors No ATMs in the village
Review 16:Wonderful little village Very nice, very new Excellent pool
Review 17:on the 31st of December the bar below in the street played very loudely the music and late / very disrespectful
Review 18:swimming pool good located
Review 19:limited access to stores (food), only at a distance (no problem but you need a car)
Review 20:location, sports options for cycling and hiking, quiet
Review 21:Proximity to both Les Saisies and Contamines ski areas; Nice pool; covered parking (with fee)
Review 22:hospitality
Review 23:Internet only availlable in the lobby.
Review 24:- small village - quiet - great view - close to the col du Joly, Cormet de Roselend, les Saissiez
Review 25:The entire floor of the buidling including our room had a bad odor.Possibly paint or some other chemical. In addition, rooms weredingy/ depressing/ did not look like photo. Plus, our room andat least half the other rooms had a view of another building not anymountains.
Review 26:Staff was friendly.
Review 27:Quiet a distance, off the beaten track. Toilet without handsink seperate to bathroom...
Review 28:Rooms were comforble, toilet and bathrooms seperate, so to was to wash ones hands after one must go into the bathroom..and if some one is having a shower..The restauraunt downstiars was good, could order bread to breakfast , or breakfast served there. Supermarket, shops, restauraunts, bakeries in the next village. A holiday in the Mountains, a new complex, with pool. Great for walking, climbing and cykling
Review 29:We did not have the great mountain view as promised from the chalets, but we could see the mountains from the terrace. The pool was a little too cold (27 c) for the kids to play in for long.
Review 30:The chalets are ok size and well equipped. The complex is a maze, but it did not take us long to find our way around. The small village is very cosy, and the locals extremely friendly, unlike some of the large skiing areas.
Review 31:It was a good walk to the lifts for skiing. We ended up driving so we could get to ski school at Les Saisies in time. The gym facilities were very tired and although functioning - the environment was not inspiring. There was very little choice in Hauteluce for dinner and nothing available before 7pm.
Review 32:The apartment was spacious and clean. It was relatively quite and the kitchen well equiped.
Review 33:It was a shame there was not a single English tv channel.
Review 34:Its location in Hauteluce was great - the village is very picturesqueand has all necessary amenities close by including a really lovelybistro/deli directly under the apartments. The ability to park undercover in the garage was also really handy and the swimming pool wasgreat for the children.
Review 35:Hidden costs like towels and tv not mentioned before booking
Review 36:Good view spacious
Review 37:Swimming Pool too cold - extra charge for sauna - no english channels ontelevision
Review 38:Value for money - clean comfortable apartment - lovely setting
